As for me the answer is a resounding Yes!  We've been together (married) for 27 years and I still think she's very sexy.  But she's lost all interest in sex due to various issues.  I like to think I'm a pretty good lover and I've always made sure she "gets her O first."  

But my situation is like most of my buddies - the guys will make love to their wives all the time but the wives lose interest.

I know if we were over on The Erotic Highway, LG would tell us all about the "hunter killer" aspect of men and the "nurturing reproductive female DNA" - but it's still a shame.  I believe that many men who cheat would stay faithful if their wives put effort into keeping the sex relationship "hot."

And the ol' ball and chain is just about the sexiest 51 year old that I've seen. She's also a very smart and sweet person and the sex is still good- it's never been great. Along with the retirement of my ATF, my wife's the reason I'm not hobbying any more.

Absolutely.  All my wife would have to do is try.  She says "I just don't feel the same way anymore," but to me that is half a sentence.  The full sentence is either (1) "I just don't feel that way anymore, so you're just SOL" or (2) "I just don't feel that way anymore and this is what I'm doing about the problem."  If she would just TRY, I wouldn't stray.  But, when the attitude is that I have to suck it up, well . . . . I find someone else to suck it.
