You want to know what makes me think an ad is fake? Fake pictures. Using pictures that have been recycled for 20+ years. Using pictures that are plastered on every dating site. Using pictures that are liked to multiple ads in multiple cities using multiple names and phone numbers.  
Regardless, I would NEVER trust an ad without doing a significant amount of reasearch.

If a provider profile says that she does BBBJ and DATY but out of the last 4 reviews two indicate that it was CBJ and no DATY, then I ignore the profile and her.

I also check for her or two or three other boards and if any of them do not mention BBBJ and/or DATY then I also put her on my ignore list.

I am only going out of my home to see ladies who will not disappoint.  

I'd rather get a BBBJ than CFS.

Bull Shit Radar:
Any time I see a provider with one to several reviews all written by a guy with only one (that) review.

Any provider on P411 that does not list "kissing" and "Girl friend"

When her tone says to me:   "I'm doing you a big favor by letting you see me." my response is:  Thanks, but no thanks.

I've seen some photos in ads that I knew we're fakes without even researching further.

 
Also, an ad that says too little is worse than an overly-worded ad.

"Hot babe horny for you tonight, very sexy, incall, tall brunette."

Or

"It won't be good, it'll be great. Curvy, fun to be with, bi, can bring a friend for a threesome, double the price but double the vice."

Or

"Will only be in the city for a short while longer. Don't miss out, natural large breasts, have my own toys, I give great massages, centrally-located hotel. Leave text, will call back within one hour or less."

Someone that won’t talk to me on the phone and text only. To me hearing someone’s voice and getting a verbal confirmation on your thoughts are key.  

You dint wanna talk then find your meal somewhere else.
