I just gave my two ATFs some nice jewelry. I'm a generous soul. A few days back, I posted about what gifts I should give -- money or something else. Most answered - something else that you choose for her. Even if I didn't find a $100, I would have given them a tip of $50 for being so good to me the last couple of weeks. But instead, most of the guys here said NO. So, I bought them some jewelry and they were delighted. Given the context of your hypothetical situation, I would chose (1). The reason for spliting it is not all about money, but also keep the luck (finding a $100 is hard these days and you must be lucky to find one). So, I will keep half, but I will give her the other half. So, both of us will have future luck. This does not preclude me from giving her generous tips in the future. Hope that answers your question LOL.
How about putting the money toward a session of her choice w/ the provider/hobbyist of her choice?
How about investing the money on her behalf or starting a savings account?
How about giving the money in her name to a charity that she would like?
How about giving it to her with a stipulation: she has to buy something for the two of you?
And now, a question for Cute Hunkie and folks in general from a guy who's biz is splitting hairs, especially with words.
Cute Hunkie refers to "two ATFs." I thought ATF meant "All Time Favorite." How can there be more than one? Theoretically, no one should have more than one ATF in their lifetime -- but given human fallibility, I can see having serial ATFs -- e.g., "She was my ATF in October, but now I have a new ATF." But more than one ATF at a time???? No Way!!! This is like grade inflation: everybody gets an "A." This is like saying "All the kids are above average." This is as bad as "very unique."
Seriously, though...$100 for a savings account? KIDS nowadays expect more than that to start an account with.
However, I absolutely have to agree with you on your final point. ATF is like "unique"...there should be no plural. Additionally (ooo, can't wait to hear the feedback on this one), I think that hobbyists should only be able to give one "10" score in their reviews. "Once in a lifetime" should mean just that. Now, I also petitioned for the scores to be changed a while back, with the following changes: 4 "Plain", 5 "Average", 6 "Yummy", and 7 "Hot". However, the retroactive grading is too difficult. I just think a "10" really should be "Once in a lifetime", but that's just me.
But if hobbyists could only give one 10 score in their lives, then they would not be able to write any reviews until they retired from the hobby and/or were about to die OR every time they met a provider who was better than their last 10 rated provider they would have to downgrade the previous 10 to a 9. So, an unsolvable problem methinks.
Maybe the answer lies in changing the definition of a 10 from 'once in a lifetime' to 'the best I've had so far'. But I think we all know that it actually means that anyway.
is it so hard to believe that there could be more than one ATF ... LOL .. I give both of them equal time and equal attention .. equal lovin .. haha. BTW, I'm getting a 2-girl show tomorrow ... I kid you not!
Turk and Hunkie, you guys are such ladies men. I need to come sit at you feet to learn a few ways of the world. But what scares me is that I think you both hit the pipe. Your ideas are funny as hell, but your logic is akin to someone who sucks on teh glass dick.
