then streetwalkers dont have to walk around dangerous dark places and they willnot be afraid to speak out, police would get more information for the investigation of criminals.

Disgusting how these guys practice on women or children. Or how they'll target prostitutes fully knowing that this society will do nothing to help these women.  Law enforcement officials  shrug when a prostitute is been murdered.  They did a lot of shrugging with Gary Ridgway, the Green River Killer, who admitted that he chose prostitutes because nobody would work to save them.
