I noticed that a few local sites ( Pa) are making policy changes.  Epm no longer list model's TER numbers, some models have gotten rid of TER in its entirety and Classy Philly has stop posting models even though site is still up. Is everyone going underground and is it safer to just go fully independent? I have used agencies primarily in the past for better quality of service, kind of 2nd guessing it now
