In my case, I started to hobby before I got married as I found it a very efficient way to find sex without the bother of civie relationships, which I also tried without too much success.

After marriage I stopped hobbying for a while until sex at home died out, and then I picked up where I left off.

Now divorced, I see no reason to fix what isn't broken.

I'm not sure if this board is the place for this, so someone flag me if not, but I'd be curious to have a discussion with other providers about their single/attached status and their reasons for being in the game. It seems like many hobbyists here are married, and as an attached man myself, I'm very interested to hear about other people's experiences, motivations, frequency of visits, repercussions (both good and bad), etc.

My story is a bit different. Got married at 24 and had never been with any other woman other than my wife. Then I found out she had been cheating on me. I realized then that I need to explore a bit more so I started hobbying (looking for an affair is too much work IMO and now I have trust issues). The wife still gives it up about once/twice a week but in my opion  her actions opened pandora's box.

1. Wife decided not to give me some sex about 12 years ago. I went and found a provider.

Your title implies you are asking the guy, but your question starts out like you are asking the ladies.

Very few ladies I have met are married/attached. The ones that are, fall into two camps: 1) seem to have very open relationships; or 2) Guy not so thrilled. For the latter, the guy is not fully supporting her, and it is a way for her to make ends meet. The latter do not last very long in the biz, or the relationship falls apart. One notable exception. I met her early on. She was well off. She did it for the thrill of guys paying money to be with her. The married/attached ladies tend to be lower volume.

A few single ladies I chatted with said that they can't have a relationship while they are escorting. Escorting makes the relationship get complicated really fast.

Why do I hobby? I'm married, and the sex is infrequent and very plain vanilla.

To tell the truth, some of them are still inlove with their SOs. Just something happened, whether it was her 'change', or they stay cuz of the kids. But they see the ladies here for an outlet, and the ladies here know that. For one instance.

Then they're are the ones that truly wish they weren't married anymore to this shrew. They go fuck at any opportunity cuz they can justify it in their mind, and makes them NOT want to choke the life out of their SO when they go home.

I'm in the unique position(I said position!, lol!) where I can hear about my buddy's deals and don't pass judgement cuz I've been there. Wasn't married, but lived with a couple ladies. They hated my attitude, basically if they were going to accuse me of cheating on them I might as well do it. The way I figured it was, if I'm going to get in trouble, might as well reap the benefits. If I were to play this civvie, I would certainly be able to enter into another relationship.  Only problem is, at my age, I would have to most likely settle into a solo relationship, and my choices would be likely with ladies that have issues and baggage.  Case in point: Last summer, the family was trying to set me up with a lady that was separated, had kids, was heading for divorce, was cool, and still pretty hot.  She had self-destructive tendencies, however, which manifested themselves again shortly thereafter.  Had that not happened, I might have given it another shot.  Now, I am just going to leave that situation alone, and keep hobbying.  Continues to work for me!
