There are many other professions available but working at Burger King four or five shifts a week for minimum wage doesn't pay the same as escorting.  Neither do many other jobs nor do they offer the freedom to work when you want and for as long as you want that escorting does.

As far as the man's argument goes, sure there are ways to get laid for free but maybe we would rather pay $300 to spend an hour with a beautiful woman of our choice-with no strings attached-rather than get involved in a bar hook-up with some psycho-bitch who we decide after a one night stand that we never want to see again but she won't go away?

This question with the "other than the money" caveat comes up every few months and it's BS! Just accept the fact that escorting is great money and that's the primary reason why women do it.

That is one of he best ways I've seen this concept articulated. So many men talk about interactions with providers as if they were buying a lawn mower. But unless they actually haul her home and park her in the garage, they have not purchased a wiget.    

I've heard it before in this thread, and the truth is that I've never been good with women anyway.  I REALLY want to be with incredibly beautiful women.  I'm never going to get a girl I really find attractive unless I pay for it.

Why pay? Why not? Its a hell of alot less effort and less risk -at least for us married guys- than having an affair with a woman who may end up being crazy and ruin your marriage etc. Plus you can decide when to end it whenever you want and also get to pick which women you want to play with.As for the women I imagine it is mostly about money and freedom to do what they want. And most like sex alot anyways and why not get paid to do something they like instead of giving it away for a meal and a few drinks etc..

I monger here, where your discription of all the "hobby" entails is a rather accurate one, but I also monger abroad where there is nothing clandestine at all about it. It's simply a matter of going (or staying) at a place that has working girls, finding one you like, negotiating a price (yes "negotiate" is not a bad word anywhere but the US) and then go have a great time.
