I once sent a provider a request on P411, she sent me back a message saying that she required additional screening, I declined to see her.  Simple as that.  All this bs about it not being a verification site is just that, bs.  There are okays, okays mean this person is safe to see IMO, multiple okays means said client is safe/reputable.  In fact, I just saw a young lady a couple of weeks ago via P411 and she said that she felt that much more comfortable seeing me because I reached out to her through P411.  Deposits, screening fees, booking fees in addition to hourly rates, fees to breath the same air as the provider are bs too.  It's nickel and diming and squeezing every penny out of the client simply because you can, and many clients think with their small head.  Nothing more or less, many clients are gullible enough to pay the fees, so more and more will ask for it.  By some of your rationale having a driver's license doesn't give you the privilege to drive, it only makes you a member of the DMV.  All in all P411 has worked for me 99% of the time, the only exclusions being the one stated about, another being an agency that said my okays were too old and another provider said I had too many okays.  I wouldn't say I'm totally against deposits, for the right girl I would, but I'm not giving up additional info outside of my P411.  Some things just aren't meant to be.

And it’s not because of the Price Increase!
I have been a P411 member several years with over 60 Oks.  Lately more and more P411 providers are requesting Photos of my Driver License, as well as Incall Deposits when I usually will only visit for 60-90 minutes.  Last month a provider I reached out to informed me that she would love to see me when she toured my area after I reached out.  I sent a brief message back  thanking her and letting her know I would reach out a day or so ahead of time to reconfirm.  She then sends me a  long harangue telling me that we were not confirmed and that she has other protocols…..that I was being pushy trying to circumvent her verification process….Long story short I declined….I get that Providers need to verify to satisfy their Comfort Zone, but this Provider came across as if I would have to jump through hoops.  Also, many Providers are no longer active and have migrated to Tryst and Twitter.   Are there any other hobbyists experiencing the same issues?

Providers have been trying to collect personal data on clients for years, ostensibly to "feel safer" meeting with a client. My own observation is that asking for ID is actually about gaining power over clients and having the ability to manipulate, coerce and control them. Specifically, providers may not want a review - they will use your PII to coerce or blackmail you into not writing one. If you insult or slight them in some perceived way, they want the info to spuriously blacklist or out you. Twitter is daily filled with tweets of providers abusing PII to harm and humiliate clients. It used to be this was limited to cases of violence and robbery - now it is far, far worse and more abusive of clients.

As for deposits, the number of deposit scams, even from some well-known and well-reviewed providers has skyrocketed in recent years. Yes, they steal your money and use the fact that they have your personal info to threaten you into not telling or seeking remedy. Providers are on Twitter all the time telling stories of stealing deposits and seeking "emotional support" from other providers (generally glad to give it) for doing so. They LOVE to call it pay for "emotional labor". All of this despite established deposit policies. No providers EVER will call out a fellow provider for stealing a deposit.

What can I say but never send PII and never send depsoits? If she isn't willing to work on that basis - move on. Plenty will.

I have required a deposit to secure my time, since 2010. Never have I stole anyone’s money. I would definitely call out another provider for stealing deposits. As a single Mom my safety is my #1 priority. I require verification because p411 does not screen potential clients for us providers. I’m sure many providers won’t ask for your ID, and you’re welcome to not see providers who do. I don’t save information gathered, nor have I ever blackmailed anyone. Do what’s best for you.

I will say this about QB... She was scheduled to make a rare trip out of SoCal and visit my neck of the woods (DC). I decided that I wanted to meet her so I "jumped through her hoops" to make it happen, including sending a deposit.

Much to my chagrin, she needed to cancel her trip about three weeks prior. She immediately refunded my deposit. As far as I'm concerned she has a stellar reputation and I can only assume her sister does business the exact same way.

I just wanted to go on record and say something positive about her here in contrast to all the negativity that gets thrown at her.

There are plenty of providers who treat it like a screening site. Just pass over the ones who require RWI if you don’t feel comfortable providing it

I am sure many providers would welcome the end of P-411. If it did disappear providers would be able to charge every client a different price . They could change pictures, prices ,age and dates at will with little fear of lost business. P-411 and TER along with other review sights are good for the hobby and both clients and providers.

It's very rare that I see a P411 provider who requires additional info other than my okays. Regardless of whether it is considered a "screening site", I find that women I contact seem to treat it as such and I have found it to be very valuable in that regard.

the opposite experiences.

I usually PM a provider on P411 and ask if that's enough for their screening and, if not, what else they need. Inevitably, that's followed by a notification email from P411 indicating that the provider has looked at my profile, followed by a response to my PM to the effect of "you're fine, when would you like to schedule?".

Plenty of quality providers on that place that don’t require more info. If they aren’t on there I don’t see them period.

In my experience the providers I have met are generally wonderful women who offer a unique product.  I am a life member of P411 since it started and have never had an issue with verification.  I read everything available on a provider before I contact them and I have decided on numerous occasions that the upfront screening requirements or requests for deposits were not for me.  I do not throw shade on any provider for doing what works for them, especially when they are doing it for their own sense of safety.  They have made a choice as to how they operate even though it may deter potential customers.

I will only see girls thru it and who have reviews. I have been able to see some really fantastic women because of it and some have more rules than another. If I do not agree with what a provider wants from me to see her I move on to another, no problem!
