I was referring to the meat, and the bread.

Then you could ask for mustard, and aply what you perceive as the proper amount of mustard to your sandwich.

Personaly I like a small amout of deli mustard aplied to only the top slice of bread. Although I usually order a wrap instead of bread, tortilla wraps have less carbohydrates than bread.
