Just one more question...any of them get notice from their bank(s) about wire transfers...and those that did any of them get 1099's?  I know it's not 1970 anymore...but someone forgot to tell the banks and IRS that some hooker(s) think they know shit...and they don't  LOL

And the commercial market here is still in the shitter...which makes it a great time to buy.

But when an investor has NO money...then that deal is dead.

I'm still pissed I didn't buy all those crack houses on Madison and Washington back in the mid 1990's before the DNC was here.  Shit...a $ 1 investment then paid off 100x within 10 years.  But fucking Daley knew the deal...and I didn't.  And I didn't want to be schlepping down there every night to work with CPD on that problem.

Oh well...c'est la vie

The best $ are always made in the bad neighborhoods , I passed on to many , but did good on some . People need stores , and a place to get goods for their government coupons . Hey...there are zillions of "get rich quick" schemes out there.  There are none that work.

Fund your 401k or IRA....don't piss away money on shoes, clothes or cars.  And voila...you too can be truly independent at some point.  That point is determined by how diligent you are in saving.

Or just play the lottery...seems like that is the retirement plan for so many  LOL
