I have to say I get requests fairly often for meetings withing 2 hours, (which is my requested short notice window) I wouldn't think 3 hours would be a problem and I thought I got ready really slowly!
It's always good to have a regular (or go too) or be good with a couple of agencies. Agencies are are great on short notice. I don't have to take pills to fuck but I do get the need on short notice.
