I like this show on CBS, in its second year.  Tonight, some friends got Leonard, one of the main characters, a prostitute for the night.  They specifically asked the lady to provide the Girlfriend Experience to their friend.

LOL.

I love the Big Bang as well. It's so quirky and so much of the humor is very niche humor. Everyone takes something different from it. My engineer friend has noticed some really nerdy "between the line" jokes that I had no idea was in there. It makes the Big Bang a very multi-layered show and IMO one of the best shows currently on television.

In an old episode of 'Hill Street Blues',  the cops hire a provider as a birthday present for Renko, a fellow cop who's down-on-his-luck.   The provider, a gorgeous blonde, picks up the unsuspecting Renko at a bar.

After a night of passion, Renko thinks she's really into him.  The next morning he asks for her phone number .  She puts him off.  Renko persists, she puts him off again, then a priceless piece of dialogue follows:

Provider:  "By the way, happy birthday."

Renko: "How did you know it's my birthday?"

Provider: "Umm...you told me..."

Renko: "No I didn't...HOW DID YOU KNOW IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY???"

Provider: "O.K., your buddies hired me to spend the night with you."

Renko: "You know I'm a cop...I arrest people like you."

Provider: "You need to arrest the guys that hired me, you know, your cop buddies."

Great show.  --z

Yes I just loved it tonight.  $500 an hour seemed a bit pricey but again probably what the public thinks after the Spitzer issue.

And it is the second time CBS has addressed the hooker issue - the other time was last year on Two and a Half Men when Charlie Sheen's character arranged for his brother to hire a lady.  She was at least $400 for the hour.  But then again Charlie has some direct personal experience so I am sure why a little more believable.

the use of matzo ball soup.  (Made with balls obtained by careful surgical removal from only the strongest matzos captured during mating season.)

...and the "Rock, paper, scissors, lizard, Spock" episode was hilarious. It the only network show I watch.

Absolutely one of the funniest episodes ever!!
The best parts aren't in this clip (like how she hooks him with the brisket comment) but it's good regardless.

....and she always has a low cut top on which doesn't detract from her performance at all.
