I can't come up with a good title for this post.
Because it is a question that has bather'd me for some time.

One of the guys I work with is socially awkward, insecure, generally hates himself.
He has zero balls. So he never gets laid in the civie world.
He may even be a virgin for all I know.
He is a decent looking guy, younger, and not really fat or anything.
I feel bad for him... Because I sorta was him.

Knowing what I know about this game.
I have an urge to show him what he is missing.

I think the ladies here could restore his confidence.

Of course I didn't show him the board, or anything like that.
I have no idea how he would react.
Shit! He may go to the boss!

I still want to grab this idiot by the ear, get him verified, and kick his ass into an in call.

My every instinct is telling me you should stay the hell away from that situation under all circumstances, but I get that you want to help the guy.

Avoid it until one or the other of you is leaving the company, then play the card if at all.

Just have leading conversations and see if he ever brings it up. But even then him knowing that you do it can still become a problem even if he starts to do it. 6 Months from now he gets fired, they found something on his computer. He says on his way out that they should probably check yours while they are at it!

A guy that "generally hates himself" may not respond well to p4p sex. He may have much deeper psychological issues than just getting laid will help with. This guy may not be emotionally able to deal with issues and pressures that come with p4p and if something goes down bad, it could all blow up in your face. This aint a guy in your fantasy football league. This is a co-worker and this has potential disaster written all over it. I found TER all by myself. I am guessing you did. This guy can too.

Sounds like he really needs some adventure & excitement in his life! I'm not sure how you'd go about it. Hmmm... Maybe you can say something like, "my best friend introduced me to this board and its pretty entertaining." That way your not admitting to anything, making it seem like you read it when you're board. He'll surely check it out and may become curious enough to take the plunge. If not, at least he'll be entertained lol. I hope he's open to it

Take him out to the strip clubs first.  If he's an animal there, he might be up for this.  It took me over a year to feel comfortable even after I found out this place from a podcast interview.  I did alot of research to make sure I wouldn't walk into a LE trap.  

Lol, I feel the same way you do too.  I know some people I would like to introduce this to but I won't.  I think there's too much potential to send them down a crazy path.  They might blow all their money doing this, get arrested, lose job etc....

Guy I work with is same way.Could not tell him what I do for sex.So I told him I was looking at porn saw a add for Escorts.He was saying those lady's want want a man like me middle age over weight,I could not say i do it all the time.Any way he come in one morning said he called  three escort's said they wanted two ref, work # all kind personal info.Started to tell him why, but thought I was going to get myself in trouble so I just shut up. Some time  you can try to lead a horse to water but it want drink.

It's all over mall sites...hooker ads and so on.  If this guy had any interest it's staring him in the face.

i've always been a lil "out there" - not insuating that the fella's into older ladies - but there's a lot of peeps out there for everyone- for everyone!
stick with it, look for what you need without insulting peeps along the way & he'll be golden like pony boy lol

For the most part, I think sharing this hobby should be reserved to a M&G, the Chat room and my shrink.

However, I do have one buddy who knows a bit about my experiences.  But that was only revealed after many years of knowing him and going thru quite a number of civie experiences together.   Basically, we both hold secrets on each other, and have no reason to ever share them.   I also keep him far away from my SO.  

But, I think it's occasionally good to be able to be open about all this with someone, helps clear out any issues.

Now, referring back to the original issue.. I think if you take that guy out for a drink and mention the idea of him visiting a professional.  If he's open to it, give him the 'i've heard of some websites that might help with that' talk.
