Quite the opposite in fact. It isn't a deal breaker but it is a bit of a turn off.

I used to see a provider in Kansas City who told me she had a regular client who paid her to do nothing but smoke in  front of him.  I thought she was putting me on, but she swore it was true.  

It's not the most common fetish but not that unusual.

Just imagine looking between her legs after a session so good that smoke is literally coming from her vagina and tell me that wouldn't turn you on.

She can smoke on her own time, but its still on her breath, hair, or clothes when I see her, its a quick exit for me.  I always verify in advance that there will be no evidence of smoking when I get there.  I had a bad experience with an ex-porn star one time.  After being clear with her on my first session, which went well without smoke, when I went back for a repeat, she was smoking when she answered the door.  I left. Never went back.  

I have to agree that this is quite the reach.

Can’t stand the smell of cigarettes on people. Also can’t stand a provider unloading several cans of air freshener to try to hide it so it smells like an ashtray potpourri. Weed doesn’t bother me, but it does if it’s smoked in a hotel room right before I arrive. Don’t need more attention drawn to the room as it is. After some annoying experiences, seeing in a provider’s profile that they smoke usually makes me move on.

It's also a medical issue, as I'm asthmatic and it's a possible trigger for an attack. Tobacco, 420, wax candles, even some fragrances (perfumes, cleaners with strong chemicals, etc.) can be an issue for me.

Not a fan of an experience with a smoker.  

Hotel rooms reserved for smoking will transfer that stink to your clothes as well.

go to Asia or Eastern Europe to find hookers that smoke, there are plenty here, so it you are in either of those places, you probably traveled there for something other than sex, so it would not occur to me to assume random women smokers walking around are hookers.  That's an interesting stretch.  

A provider gives you common courtesy & a heads up beforehand/asks... Saw an infamous provider within the last month that reeked beforehand & was smoking when I got there without asking. Funny thing is she spent as much time smoking during session as much as "providing"..

Only nasty male smokers find women who smoke sexy. To us non-smokers, nothing stinks worse. What I cannot figure out is why smokers even bother to shower or bathe. You step out of the shower, you shove a stick in your mouth, you light it up, guess what?
You don't smell like Dove or Head and Shoulders.
You smell like an ashtray.
So why shower?

I'm not sure about your point here...I think, you agreed with me that thinking every woman who smokes is a hooker, is a reach, when in cultures that are more open/acceptable to smoking ?

But I never got into it. I eat my weed.  
I wondering if to start smoking now on the twilight of my life.  
I see the benefits. For one as the other guy said, I don't have to take a shower.
and like you said, it's cool and all of that.  
What would you recommend for a newbie into the vice or art of smoking?  
Is Marlboro a good brand? Maybe I should go for cigar smoking. It sounds so much sophisticated.

I'm a non-smoker, and used to be revolted by the smell of cigarette smoke.

It could also be a conditioned response rather than an addiction. You associate sexual pleasuring with the smell of smoke and you start to salivate, or your member starts to inflate.

My dad died of lung cancer.  He was a smoker.  My ex-mother-in-law died of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.  She was a smoker.  They're cool -- ground temperature cool.

Oh Brother lol

I've actually lost a couple clients because I quit last November. In fact, for a while, I kept smoking simply because some of my most lucrative clients were smokers... they booked overnights and vacations with me because they didn't have to feel uncomfortable smoking.

if I have a request (bc some have the smoke fetish) - I will use a vape. Still can be sexy.  
I just cant stand the smell of cigarettes, also it gives me headache.
