If this group truely represents the 'sex workers union' I don't envision substantial progress being made. The group here seems to represent more of the fringe element to me. The providers I have met are not nearly as scary. LOL
Now, I had to get over the fact that not a single respondent to this video would I ever see, but they bring up some good points for consideration and discussion.
Fact or Fiction? Tells us what you think ladies.
My wife has told me many of the same things. I don't always follow the advice given in that video as I tend to bottle my feelings about my wife's work. But that video was full of good advice for SO of providers.
As a SO of a provider for the most part I vote fact on that video, even though I am not a lady.
You really think that video might be fiction? A lot sounds pretty typical to me, based on my experience with a previous girlfriends and lots of friends. That's not to say that I thought everyone in the video was 'normal'. The blonde woman at 4:30 minutes seemed about the most 'normal' to me -- the 'yea it's a job good money if you got a problem with it it's your problem not mine' confident type of woman I mostly know. But everyone is different. This video features mainly one slice of a really big pie.
For the most part...i like to think that videos like this are made because 99% of the time....guys just dont get it. They do all the wrong things all the wrong time and providers are frowning the entire relationship wondering how stupid can he be... Then its all a big surprise when they are being dumped. Telling your friends that your partner is a provider is a huge impact on the social circle and its silly how men think thats not a big deal.
As a guy i have done stupid shit like that in the past and i deservingly was dumped twice becuase i made the same stupid inconsiderate mistakes. Now im older and know so much more now that i look when i was younger and i still slap myself silly. Anytime before 30 as a guy is sheer stupidity.
I actually saw this video last week. As a woman who is semi-involved in the sex workers activism movement, I have had a chance to meet a few of the ladies you saw in the video over the past few years at various conferences. As a single woman who does desired to meet a dashing young man at some point for a "love relationship" this video really speaks volumes to me. It can be tricky to navigate the waters of both being a COURTESAN as well as just "a girl next door who hopes to one day meet her prince" and this video really touched me..its quite comforting to know that other women struggle with these same issues and have these same thoughts.

Excellent video that made me explore thoughts about what it must be like to be involved in a relationship with a provider.
Thanks so much for posting!
should also make hobbysts understand that for providers this is just a job so stop believing that they genuinely like us...
Yes it is our job, but alot of us actually do enjoy what we do. I myself, enjoy meeting new and spending time with my clients. I enjoy the various types of personalities and also their technique in bed. Yes I know I am getting paid, but guess what, so do they. Sometimes, one might think, "in another life or another time, just maybe". But the reality is it is what it is. How many men would be strong enough in their own right to truly love a woman who spends her time in bed with other men. There are a few out there that can honestly say, yes I love her and I am in love with her and I dont care. But truth be told, and you know it as well as I do, most men couldn't do it. There are exceptions, and I have heard about a few, very few.
But like I said, believe it or not, I and I know I am not alone in this thinking, enjoy my time I spend with 98% of the men I have met. They have been kind, funny, interesting, polite and such gentlemen. I have become close with a few, but our connections are always on the clock. No misunderstandings that way, on either side. I dont want to destroy or intrude on their lives, and they don't want to do it to me.
I sitll see one of my very first clients, and we know enough about eachother to enjoy our time together and speak openly about what he wants in the way of fantasys.(But no, he doesn't know my real name, and he would never ask.)That is the best part of seeing regulars...you get to know their fantasys and fulfill them some how..
hummm the thoughts as I think about some of the men I have meet...yummy!!!!!humm and to think about those I have yet to meet..hummm..even better...

Hopefully, the speakers have already said these things to their own partners in person. If they have not, bringing these feelings up would be a good thing. What I like most is that the speakers are, for the most part, simply stating how they feel in a straightforward way, and not accusing their partners of "making" them feel a particular way. In other words, they are taking responsibility for their own feelings, and communicating those feelings honestly, without expecting their partner to intuit them through some sort of ESP.
...that yes, while it is "just a job" it's a job I am incredibly passionate about...I a job I will be heartbroken to stop doing...a job that introduces me to amazing patrons and colleagues.
But yes, bottom line is sex work is real work and shouldn't be judged as anything less or more.
For me I can't count the times I am asked to dinner after just one appointment. Yes off the clock. Why?
Because the guy just had sex with you and has hormones like Oxytocin rushing though him system making him want to bond with you. It is a good thing in a committed civie relationship but not such a good thing in a P4P one. The offer is off the clock because he can't ether afford to, or bring himself to pay $$+ to feed you dinner.
...just joking.
Beware of someone who writes "just kidding" after a comment. It's because he/she just realized they spoke the truth! Maybe this is one reason why Bashful gets so much pussy!
Hey, women like perseverance, dedication. You know the Rihanna song 'Only Girl (in the world)?' Chicks love that shit. Especially girls who are used to selling their time to guys who secretly disrespect them for it and move on.
...just joking ![]()
Asking politely should not be a problem. You can politely decline. He should then go on his way and eat alone and it cost you nothing but maybe a smile. Obviously if he is pushy about it that's a different situation, or if he thinks a second round is then owed, or if your web site clearly states "I don't do anything of the clock" or a variation of that.
I almost always offer, usually get taken up on it (better than half the time), and have never had a provider get noticably upset that I asked.
If this group truely represents the 'sex workers union' I don't envision substantial progress being made. The group here seems to represent more of the fringe element to me. The providers I have met are not nearly as scary. LOL
I'm curious what you mean by the comment "the providers I have met here are not nearly as scary." Please explain.
