Just let her do all of the work and very carefully.
I think you can do it. I've never adhered to post-surgical instructions regarding not exercising and abstaining for sex. I just couldn't! My body healed anyways. I know this is really bad advice. You shouldn't follow it.
to go with that whine? Good grief, its only a broken rib. The world isn't going to end. I've done sessions with broken ribs before, its not a big deal.
Broken, cracked or even bruised ribs hurt just by breathing, but there are some sexual positions that put your ribs less into play than others. Obviously oral, either giving or receiving, are at the top of the list, and (especially for a big guy) Mish is probably one of the more painful positions. In between, I would think that either doggie or RCG would be positions where the pleasure would be worth any pain involved. I am with you Freya, taking several weeks off from sex just doesn't seem like a valid option to me, but what do I know? He probably shouldn't follow my advice either.
Jelloman - take a break ... oops! I mean take a REST until you can enjoy all the benefits of your investment in the activity and not end up in the hospital in the process. enjoy - not writhe in pain all - not pay for GFE and only use streetwalker service benefits - during and after: improved outcomes and feeling good, not worsening your condition or delaying recovery. Just my opinion from the peanut gallery
I mentioned this on your original post. A few years ago I cracked a rib upon arrival in Hong Kong when my heavy garment bag fell out of the overhead and hit me on my side. Shortly after arrival I was met at my hotel by an old friend for dinner and a nice weekend. Very late that night I awoke in agony when I rolled over and it popped out of position at 3 AM. (Thankfully she is very in to Chinese medicine/herbs, so she ran us very relaxing baths each night which sure didn't hurt! And she also was extra gentle to me after seeing me react in pain that first night.) My cracked continued to pop out every night the few weeks I was in China and also when I returned home. OUCH!!! I ignored it, tried to wrap it myself with an ace bandage when it bothered me the months that followed... it stopped doing it every night, but bothered me off and on for at least 6 months, and every once in a while for well over a year. While your doctor may not be able to do much, I should have went to the doctor long before I finally did -- maybe they could have done something to stop the pain earlier? At the very least, I suggest that you learn to sleep on your other side! Once I began to do this consistently, the pain started to go away because I think the rib healed itself.
