For me, it's an impossible scenario.There is nothing that a woman that doesn't turn me on visually can possibly do that would turn her into a ten performance wise. Truth be told, I doubt I could even get hard for a "3" much less have a 10 session with such a woman.
Sorry, but that's just the way I am wired.
OTOH I can imagine a 10/3 session and I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to be with a woman who exudes perfection, but lies there like a dead fish.
normally when this question gets asked the numbers are more like 7/10 or 10/7. So if you'd used a more realistic TER score, I would say 7/10.

We all know the grade inflation here. A 3/10 would be like a toothless hag with hair everywhere but her head, and a face like a bucket of twisted trainers. In fact, you might not even be able to work out which hole was her mouth.
A 10/3 would be like a supermodel you meet who treats you with such disdain and coldness that you feel physically nauseous just being with her.
Between those, I choose my left hand, which is a solid 7/7, and at a very attractive price.
I presume you are talking true scores and not ter scores, like another reply interpreted (the guy who searched the reviews).
The TER scores are misleading because they are selecting for weird hobbyists. Who screens so badly that either they end up with those kinds of providers or they give those kinds of scores.
If you're talking real preferences, it's the 10/3 for several reasons.
First, I do not see providers who are as ugly as your barista you mentioned earlier (no offense). Even 10's on performance. There are enough of those IRL.
Second, speculating that the reason such a hot woman is fukkin so poorly is because her heart is not into the job and the idea of possibly having to fukk old, fat, disgusting dudes, many of whom are not well off to be repeat customers (assume a 10 on looks charges more) and scraping together a one-time experience. That kind of girl is better suited to a SD/SB relationship. While I might not change that attitude of hers, there's a chance I might (by virtue of being 40/ a repeat customer/nice/ and not fat or bald). But mainly, by having a ready wallet and an understanding of her. And that 3 could easily become a 7/8.
With enough visits ,tips, and gifts , that 3 in performance might become the double ten I've been searching for .
I'll rate myself a six , or less than three , if she sees the homely in me . TER # 6 "nice" Contrary to some opinions , any sober guy , at least acting "nice" , should be able to find personable , 1's 2's and 3's , for free .
Why would I pay for a # 3 , "homely" hooker on the clock , when I can find a #1, 2 or 3 , civilian , in Walmart for free ?

Rarely will you see that score, because guys looking at an ugly woman (in their eyes anyway) are not going to ever give her a 10 in performance. I've seen 5/8, 4/7, and 6/10, but rarely have I ever seen a guy rate a woman under a 5 and still give her a 10 in performance.
Hot chicks always have it easy, because quite frankly the guy is so turned on by her looks, that she need only be average in bed to get a 10 in performance from him. Sorry, but it's true. So many guys rate a 10 in looks as a 10 in performance when in all reality, she was not even that great... she just LOOKED great.
The more turned on he is by her looks, the less in tune he is with her REAL performance. If you put a blind fold on a guy and had one hot chick blow him followed by the ugly chick who was better, that is the ONLY way the ugly chick would get a higher score in performance, because her looks mess up his arousal factor, even if she is the shit at everything else.
Ageed, but you can only see that from an outside perspective. You would probably never grant a hooker a 3/10, because it's hard to pay someone you are not attracted to, and then get turned on by her if you're not drunk lol.
The scores I quoted were a bit of an exaggeration because I didn't want to draw too much attention to actual providers who have unbalanced scores.
It's kind of like saying that a woman's math grade will usually match her cup size. It's not true, no evidence for it, but still, it kind of pans out to be true a lot of the time. So the numbers were contrived and pretty much unreal (as Meinarsche pointed out in enviable style).
Porn and my hand is free and better than either. Not doing a 3 in looks or performance. Period. Now if you raised it to a 10/6 or a 6/10, I would go with the 10/6. That's if price was equal. Otherwise I might go with the lower price.

Come on - 3/10 is a female Jabba the Hutt (on meth) with an open frame of mind. You'd be better off blindfolding yourself and stripping naked in a public gas station restroom to see what you get.
10/3 is Scarlett Johansson with a squad of Pain Ninjas trained to attack if you so much as look at her while in the same room. You'd be better off going to a strip club where any contact you would get from the pickiest hot stripper beats a 3.
There's no way anyone's going to choose either one when the reality is there are so many 7+/7+ everywhere to choose from.
It seems like either side being way out of balance is a huge red flag to doing anything
Then I would choose 7/10. Because I have been disappointed with sessions with providers where I felt they looked so beautiful and hot, but sex was drab.
If it were 3/10 or 10/3, I would choose neither and save my money, honestly.
