Assuming that there are two equally pretty ladies, and since you asked for personality / traits rather than acts, I'd pick the one that I can have the most fun with and genuinely has potential for creating a real long term friendship. I realize it's the GFE/PSE illusion and know how to differentiate it, but in order to be fooled into that illusion requires a characteristic that is virtually identical to the real.
As for traits: someone who isn't too bitchy yet isn't so passive to the point of driving me nuts, lady-like and generally conservative despite what she does for a living, respects my time, isn't 40 minutes late every time (10~15min late is fine with me), and does not act like she has a serious personality disorder, or has some serious animosity toward something or someone. Not about the Sex. Now the reality is that my ATF and I happen to have amazing sex everytime we are together and we ususally end up completley exhausted when we are done....But I have had amazing sex with other providers and while I like them they don't ever get to ATF status.
