Funny in some ways but embarrassing in others..

Why do my nipples get hard when I work out...
I have on a sports bra and a tank top with a built in bra and you can still see them
And I don't have little nipples..

I am sweating Not horny. I don't get it..
I refuse to wear 3 layars of clothes.

I am hoping it means I am getting a good workout...

Don't think I could put it any other way. Like a man, when he gets a hard on.. No matter how thick his jeans are or how tight his tightie whities are, he will still have that tent action happening.

Nipples.. Even though they are but small nibblets, the way they are naturally made (to protrude horizontally from the breast when erect), make them damn near impossible to hide unless you're rocking a winter coat!

Why they get hard when you work out.. True, you are not horny. But I would venture a guess to say that it has to do with the body becoming heated during the workout, and the sweat as it cools on the skin.

there are two things going on here...
1. doesnt matter how good a fit your sports bra is, your breasts probably rub on the inside of the fabric at least a little...
2. as i believe someone else mentioned previously... cardio causes increased blood flow... to e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e. personal trainers, workout gurus, and bodybuilders all know that some of the most mind-blowing sex possible; is right after a workout. the blood is already pumping, certain things are engorged, plus (and this is actually a big plus) human sweat contains pheromones for the opposite sex. pheromones are natures built in aphrodisiac.

The same thing happens to me during my workouts.  Whether summer or winter, my nipples are clearly visible even through a powerfully strong running bra and LuLu top.  Mine are extremely sensitive and not to share TMI but Body Balm helps the chafing during marathons/long runs/bootcamp workouts.

Maybe we can workout together some day and stir up a crowd?

Is it just me or are nipples the sexiest thing ever. To me even sexier than seeing a woman naked.

It's not about blood flow going to your nipple bc that's not exactly how the human body works.  It's more about the fact that you are using your pectoral/chest muscles in some way.  Whether its doing arms or just moving your arms on the treadmill, etc.  The muscles are straining, even slightly, which makes them bulge, and tell the nipples to get hard and contract to prevent any damage.  Sort of an innate human characteristic.  Any form of physical activity will make nipples on men and women contract normally.

Other than extra clothing, just rock them proudly
