First of all, this is a fuck board so you can say FUCKING here and no one will wash your mouth out with soap. As to your boobs, I firmly believe in truth in advertising so I'd say get some new pix with your current version of tits. Then you don't need to explain anything to anybody.
Take a selfie of your new tits and put it on the Photo Board. All of us old horndogs like to look at tits, especially new ones!
I would say if you want to continue in the biz, you have to let people know your new look. You can keep the old look as a dedication to your legacy. But should feature your new look.

I agree with Happy that a rebrand is best for all the reasons he said. Like him I noticed that your last review was 3 years ago so you’ll look like a fresh new face. If you’ve been seeing gents the last 3 years I’d recommend letting them know about the rebrand and maybe encourage them to review you under your new profile to kickstart your business.

Assuming you’ve built a nice client base and created some brand equity, I think it would be a mistake to rebrand. You don’t want to have to rebuild your client base from scratch. But as others have suggested, update your ads, website and Twitter with new images. Clients new and old will want to see the new you. Good luck!
Hpygolky and Regency support rebranding. Malachi supports not rebranding. You've got 39 reviews which rate Appearance AND Performance. Which do you think are more important in your reviews? I'm more of a Performance guy but if most of your reviewers (I'm not reading the reviews) feel that your former "big, fat, fake" tits were somehow essential to their high Performance ratings then maybe you should rebrand. If they praise your Performance (kissing, BBBJ, etc.) and "big, fat, fake" tits were coincidental but not consequential to their pleasure then do not rebrand. That also assumes that YOU know that the tits-change will not change your Performance or maybe even enhance it. (E.g, a confidence boost or a physical comfort level [relief of a sore back] or removal of some other barrier ["Will this guy cause my implants to burst or get dislodged? I'd better hold back."] and so on.)

I would find it very upsetting if I saw your ad, booked with you because of that reason, just to show up and not see big tits. So as some have said, don't use old pre-surgery photos, or mislead anyone to believe that is your current physique and you should be fine. I'd say rebranding is the way to go, service is service, so you should be fine in that department.

have always used, but only use new photos from after the reduction? If you use old and new photos together, the old photos may make you look older, and that might put some customers off. I don't see any risk in letting some old customers discover the new you and it may even spur them on to come back and reply sessions from years ago before your tits ever got saggy. I feel the same about other cosmetic enhancements, like teeth straightening, face lifts, eye lifts and excess skin removal around the midsection. I prefer to see only the "after" pics, not the "before" pics. I don't want to be reminded that there might have been a less-attractive women behind the one I'm seeing right now.
If you use only new pics, be sure to correct your profile with TER to contain only your new look. . . . Bust and cup size, especially.

My personal opinion is that you shouldn't re-brand but make sure you existing client base knows about the change.
I didn't read your reviews but I saw that your scores were generally very good. I think you should be fine. Any guy who's been a regular and likes you should be able to deal with the change.
