When a provider lists "Self indulgence" as a hobby, what exactly does that mean??

I want to get this provider a gift...so would a gift basket from bath and body works fall into this category??

I believe the narrow gloss is the same as for "self-abuse" -- i.e., masturbation.  But obviously there's a broader meaning, too. Why not hide one of those mini-vibrators in among the French milled soap and bubble bath?
