I don't know if you've ever noticed, but in rare instances posts from moderated people don't hit the board for up to 3-4 days. I think that there is an emergency procedure in place if an unmoderated person posts sensitive information. They have to get that shit off the board ASAP, and I believe any mod can delete posts.

I thought the whole board was moderated.  Are some able to post immediately?

Disregard last post.  I answered my own question by searching for unmoderated.  I understand that some are moderated and some are not.

The PM, you are the moderator when she gets off,  er uh I mean is out for the day.
