Lets say you hobby 4-5 times a month...

and you see the same  provider on each of the visits... often in later marriages sex occurs only 1 or two times a week... save the day in day out normal shuttling around the same house, the level of intimacy is the same?  Yes or no?

do you have the same emotional satisfaction with a provider at this frequency as with a spouse?

If you have this relationship with a provider, is it less stressful than with the spouse??

In short, can you have a WFE (Wife/friend experience) equal to having a spouse... if so, I suspect it is cheaper.... no?  There are providers who I can imagine being maried to, just as there are wives (other guys wives) I can imagine having sex with

Thats why I'm NOT married.  It doesnt make sense in this day and age.  Providers are so much easier plus there is NO DRAMA and head ache and no one holding you on a rope.  It's make perfect sense to see providers.  The only down fall is social events and work events.  People ask you...Are you dating?  I say 'YES"...married "NO"...kids... 'NO".  Most people think this is weird and the guys hate me because they are jealous (like the guys on these boards).  They are married and unhappy...NOT ME...I'm getting more ass than a toilet seat and my toes are tapping  :  ;)

Lilly-  Because I'm a realist...and all the other guys are jealous because they made a bad decision to get married and not they are fat, old guys that are UNHAPPY.  I'm all good.  I think these boards are a blast :  ;)

I could see some of the problems of marriage creeping into this arrangement too (Though hopefully with less intensity and frequency.)

You have to take the 's' out of https:// (YouTube puts an s in there. Works if you take it out.)

I do not hobby 4-5 times a month (more like once a month, somewhat more when on the road)--but I do tend to repeat with the women that I "click" with--some have been in my regular mix for several years.  No drama, no problem.

One occasion when I did have some drama was when taking a friend on a multi-day getaway.  All in all, it was absolutely the best hobby experience of my life--this young lady and I genuinely like each other and we had a great time--and we definitely plan on doing more trips in the future.  But:

Maybe this was a "No shit, Sherlock" kind of thing, but it was amazing how quickly some of the same BS that crops up in a "real" LTR can come up in an extended short-term relationship as well.  Nobody can "play the role" (and that doesn't just mean the ladies, but the gents as well) for that long a period of time.  Eventually, we all start reverting to type, our bad habits start to show, etc.  It was an eye-opening experience for me.

But that's just me...YMMV...

Would not work for me.

I actually have found originally seeing them a few times a month then taking a break
for a bit, then seeing them again has worked out however.

The variety of the hobby is best for me.

I prefer a hiatus of a couple of months before seeing someone again.  Variety is the spice of this game.  Too much tuna in the sea.  I am just a pig.

Only one degree.  I  hold that in contempt. But you can have more than one degree and still be ignorant.  At least she's efficient.  Only one degree to achieve ignorance.
