see a Doctor

Everyone is right see a doctor. ED is usually associated with some medical issues or much older age. The little pill can help with the symptom but not with the cause.  At your age you need to know the cause first. It may be relatively minor like some described or it could be a warning of something serious. Just to let you know I have worked with a guy of 32 in what he thought was good shape dying of a heart attack. People in A+ shape can have real medical issues also, Doctors only check routinely for obvious problems unless you let him know of other signs you are having.

I am in my mid 30's, A+ health, but am experiencing my first round of ED issues. For the past few weeks my erections have been infrequent and limpish. I know diet, stress, and aging are often too blame. But which would you think is most likely the culprit? After mid 30's does one simply have to accept these ups and downs?  I am curious to know when you first experience real ED and how you overcame it?

This doesn't sound like a normal ED due to your age.  I would go and see my doctor NOW and let him know exactly what is happening.  Hopefully this is something that can be fixed easily, and not with the little blue pills.

I agree with ChgoCPA. ED should not be an issue at your age. There are many reasons why it could happen to a guy your age. Schedule an appt. with your doc ASAP.

Good luck, bro.

Not just any doctor but a ED specialist. They'll run a diagnostic and get it the blood flow and shit like that checked out.  Some docs might put you immediately on viagra / levitra / cialis but I'm not sure if that gets to the root of the problem.

I'm also in 30's and in tip top A+ health otherwise cuz I jog like crazy. 30s is still a young age. It happened to me before but it's was a very predictable event: If I get completely shit-faced literally every night, smoke a pack of cigarette a day (and some weed too if certain friends are visiting lol) , and then only get about 4~5 hours of sleep that week partying... well I can't expect the body to keep up with that kind of nonsense destruction for long.  lol

You need to get your blood work done to see if it's related to low testosterone level or other underlying health problem such as heart disease from cholesterol, or diabetes, or something along those lines. Not sure what they look for but you want to rule those out first.  Stress affects it greatly too.

I found that some medications have a nasty side effect too so make sure you read the fine print of whatever meds you're taking.

When I get plenty of sleep, lay off the cigarettes, jog a few miles regularly, and drink liquor just til I am buzzed and feeling pretty good but no more, I'm back to normal and have zero problem. I've been stiff as a steel pipe lately and have no problem keeping it up even during a very long half day session. Heck I might even be able to hit a home run with my dick if you throw a baseball my way. lmao

...for it to be "oh, I'm getting older". Get it checked out.  I do use the little blue pill but I'm twice your age.
Good advice from all above. See Your Doctor. and don't just go with the pill.

BTW, yes, I realize I'm gonna get an email about how much fun you had. I appreciate that you think enough of me to share the wonderful experiences you've had.

The thing is, the same could be said in that I was the one these ladies were thinking of also when they were with you. ;)

When I first came on TER last year there was a provider in Hawaii who called herself "Barbie Boink."
And, no, you will not get a fucking e-mail from me to jerk off to.  The review is up now.  Go practice your reading comprehension skills.  I didn't use any big words, with you in mind!  LOL!

that's some nice fine ass btw.

hard to get ED with an ass that looks like that. lol

. . . . just kidding.  Do see a doctor.  It could be a LOT of different things.  Undoubtedly he will run some blood test, check testosterone levels.  Mid 30s is a bit early to see ED issues but not unheard of.  I didn't really experience ED, but of course into your mid/late 40s is not the same as wood in the 20s.  I complained about it to my doc, and he ran blood tests.  Found out my testosterone level was in the "low" end of the normal spectrum, but not so low I would need testosterone treatments.  So he prescribed Viagra.  He said take half of a 100ml tablet, so I took 50ml the first time.  It was completely ridiculous.  I was with a provider and my rod was huge and hard, not since my 20s had I experienced this state.  I usually take about 25-33ml now and it's good to go for at least 2 cups in a one hour session.  I love modern medicine.

now this  might not apply to you but it could be from too much porn watching ....I have had several younger clients  and there was a pattern  if I asked enough questions  I found  that they were avid porn watchers and it can jade you when your with  the real thing  I sent one young married guy to my DR  and with  some medication and a lot less porn he  and his wife now enjoy a wonderful sex life now he's fine without the medication .....good luck too and I wish you a speedy recovery! These guys  could get hard just  could not cum or went soft  during .....most admitted to an access of masterbation .....

After I quit allowing fat girls to take advantage of me, my ED problem went away.
