Screening services don't work that way

She doesn't need YOUR (or some other random guy) log in to get the confirm.

Like I said...screening here is quite overrated.

At best she'll make a call or check your screening site info.

More often it's how you handled yourself in an email/text/phone conversation.

But if you think the WL is helping you...that's good as well.  It's all perception.

Out of town, I called an agency to schedule an appointment.  They asked me for references, but I didn't have any local ones.  Since the agency was on TER I gave her my ID to check my whitelist entries.  She said she'd contact one of them for a reference.

A minute later she called me back and said never mind.  She didn't need to contact any of them.  Just the number of whitelist entries, combined with the number of reviews the ladies have, was an instant OK.

Score 1 for the awesomeness of the whitelist, and thank you to all the ladies who use it.

Many don't check for references...true story!

And agency's...rarely do.

Just for grins...how did these people know you were the owner of the whitelist?

Could have been me using YOUR list...just saying!

I suppose that if the agency had VIP membership on TER, the client could shoot them a PM to verify that they are the owner of the white list.

And in my experiences...agencies are notorious for saying "you seem like a good guy"...with NO screening info (real names and such) so to speak.

But as I have also seen...many many gals are the same.  They claim to screen, but don't.

Ton's of times I have had girls ask for references and then I spoke to my references and they told me that they were never contacted.

In this case, though, why would she bother to tell me she's going to check my references, and then go out of her way to mention she decided not to.

And, of course, she had me send a PM from my TER account to verify that I was me.  I couldn't just randomly use any TER id.

Then she figured that you must be the actual account owner...and that you couldn't possibly be using someone elses.  That NEVER happens.

As you commented...some will check it out...others not so much.  Might depend on all sorts of things.

In the end...be smart, don't give out any personal info.  And if someone wants to use TER info as a basis of screening...whatever.  Not my problem...and not your problem.

You might want to check out the various screening services out there.  Hasn't ever been an issue for me, or anyone else I know who uses that as their methods as well.

How do you propose a girl verify someone's references then?  She calls reference 1 and says "I got a call from Waterclone at this number.  He wants to see me and used you as a reference.  Is he safe?"  The reference says yes...  Except, if guys are gonna use each other's TER credentials, then they can also share phone numbers and email accounts as well.  So how is that any safter than trusting that the guy with PM access to the account is the account holder?

You suggest using other screening services.  Guys can share that login info too.  (BTW, I do have an account on one of those screening sites, but this particular agency didn't use that particular site.)

Short of showing ID at the door (and even then) it could always be an impostor.  

In my opinion, if the girl that you are trying to see is on TER, then the TER whitelist is a pretty good system.  Like I said, she planned to look at the listings and call someone for a reference, but when she saw how many referrals I had, and how well reviewed the girls were, she decided that she wasn't going to get any better information by trying to cold call the girls.

I haven't used Date-Check in years so I don't actually remember how that worked, but every time I have used P411 it was simply a matter of giving the lady my p411 ID, or sending her a PM from within the site.  Just like happened in this case here.

I am not saying the TER whitelist is the end all/be all, of getting to see ladies.  I agree that often it's just a matter of how you handle and present yourself.  Like I said, most of the time my references don't even get contacted (to my knowledge).  But, in this case, I was pointing out a specific example where the WL did actually work in my favor, based on my interaction with the lady who was screening me.

totally agree..i appreciate all the ladies who use the whitelist..it shows they do care about their clients an do not have that " a fuck is just a fuck" attitude..thank you ladies..

P411 providers have to be approved to get on P411, TER providers can create a handle with no approval and all they need is to get a profile by having one review. Bottom line every provider screens differently

The ladies that participate in the TER community are the most likely to look at someone's referrals and reviews and count that as a big part of verification.

The ladies that don't use this site (even though they may be reviewed here), or the ones that left or were delisted would be more likely to not trust this site at all.

Those ladies would be more likely to use an independent verification service that doesn't do reviews or chat boards, or skip the service and do their own screening.

Of course, all this only applies to the ones who screen.  :-)
