how do you guys feel about a provider who is a screamer in bed?  recent meeting with escort was going along great until she started the loudest moaning/groaning that I'd ever heard in bed.  pretty sure she wasn't faking.  she was so  loud that I am sure if there was anyone in the room next door they would have easily heard the commotion.  when she finally hit the big "o" the noise was unreal.

Skin, especially around the abdomen and hands, gets warmer. The vagina and uterus contract pretty rapidly during an orgasm. It might feel like one contraction, but it's a dozen or more in rapid succession, too fast to fake (supposedly).

Increased rate of breathing, although that can be faked.

Not everyone gets the flushing. I don't and never have. Many of us can contract our vaginal walls rapidly. All it takes is good kegal control. All the other stuff like leg shaking, trembling, red face(holding your breath will do the trick), leg spasms, head crushing, sheet clenching, back arching, moaning and groaning can all be faked. Even wetness can be manufactured with out actual arousal.  

Seriously, if nature had made it as easy for most women to come as easy as it is for men (mostly), there would be no need for this stuff

I've been with women who had real O's...even a few here in HookerLand.  But it has been my experience that unless she has a really high comfort level with a guy, she will just fake it.  And rarely in HookerLand are the hookers comfortable enough to really relax with a guy (especially on these first meetings where the reviewer notes her multiple O's  LOL).

I am not a screamer, not even IRL.
