Ok. Funny this subject came up. Was watching PBS last week where a farmer in Africa had to keep the elephants from eating his crops. So he bought chili pepper, condoms and fire crackers. The concoction is putting the chili pepper in the condom and tie the fire cracker to it. He would then light it and throw it at the elephants. Because elephants' smell and hearing are very sensitive, it turned them away with loud pops and chili in the air. I am totally serious.
