Sometimes I am more at ease with a CBJ.  One provider said it was like sucking a garden hose.any suggestions on a good condom to minimize the garden hose effect.  I like to be safe, but want to enjoy.

Kimono is great for no smell/taste and are ultra thin for heat transfer and sensation

Lifestyles xl are great for the same reasons if you need more room

Inspirals (or those with a similar pouch design) are good for extra sensation if you have a mushroom tip since it allows movement along the under ridge of your head

Some suggestions:  a drop of lube inside the condom improves sensation tremendously, and if you are still having issues with sensation try a drop of the warming lubes - though I'd check your reaction first and ensure that you enjoy the warmth vs. are irritated by it

Some are, some aren't.

There are sites like condomania and condomdepot that will give you details on any condom you are interested in (thickness, length, lube/non options, etc.)

Finding the perfect condoms is worth your time!  However, I'd say finding the perfect condom for CBJ is worth a ladies time - she's the one sucking on a balloon!

Some years ago a guy wanted to do DATY I said sure he pulls out the saran wrap and covers me down there with it.That saran wrap starts to get warm it was very strange.I had to try very hard not to laugh.
I told him a dental dam would have been more effective if he wanted to use something to cover while DATY.
He said he always uses saran wrap I would think that would not be too enjoyable for a guy to lick I know it was not too enjoyable for me.

Lifestyles Skyns are good for CBJ...except for the lady they do have a bit of a flavor at first. They also make a lge size and are latex free.  Lifestyles also has Thynns (I think that's how it's spelled) and are made of latex in addition to Lifestyles XL...which can be a bit difficult to find.  

Crowns are good too, if you don't mind wearing a bit of pink.  ;)

Kimono's work well, but are hard to find if you don't order them online and tend to run a bit smaller than regular condoms.

Lube is always a blessing. Never too much lube. Especially with covers since the material tends to make things a bit more difficult.
Plus if its flavored it makes it like sucking a lollipop :p

I rarely use lube unless I apply it before I put on the condom.  It's more benefit for the gent.
