GFE:  Deep French Kissing, Access to pussy with fingers and tounge and a bare back blow job.  Minimal
PSE: All of the above, plus cumming in the mouth, preferably swollowing, and Anal sex.
A provider should never say she is GFE if she will not DFK.

a pse is supposed to resemble an experience you would have if you were in a porno movie with her, e.g. not stop screwing and all the nastiness that is attendent to that genre.  In actuallity, it may be a bit more tame, but it depends on the provider.  I am not a great affectionado of that particular service, but I have seen at least one provider who gave a pretty good accounting.  It is usually priced a few hundred more than gfe.  NB - bareback is (or should not) be a part of it.  (Facial cumming often is though.)

The gfe is more like what it sounds like.  There should be substantial time given for foreplay, and after play (snuggling) as well as chat.  Frequently includes a real dinner date, maybe even a movie. (Chick flix, of course.)
