This may have been asked before, and I found nothing via a search, so here goes...

If the same provider uses two different profiles (let's say one's for massage only clients and the other is for escorting), yet they don't disclose that they are the same person, does that violate any kind of TOS?  I say this because about a month ago, I contacted and met this provider via one of their profiles.  A phone number was in the profile and the ad.  Not a good time, and no plans to return.

Then last week, I saw an ad on a regional board for someone local, with a different name, e-mail address, TER profile and ad (contact was "e-mail only" with no tel#).  It was not until I put 2 and 2 together that I realized (thankfully) that this was the same exact girl I had already seen a month ago.  

I understand the purpose behind a provider doing this (sorta), but isn't this somewhat deceptive without any advance disclosure?
