TER keeps kicking out contact messages through the Captcha blocker when I write thru TOR.
Super annoying.
Does anyone know if changing the email on the Account Manager is possible.
It is also impossible to create a new TER account due to Captcha blocking on TOR.  If so--the board is definitely dead.

I ran into that same problem the other day. My message wasn't a super important so I just gave up. I think the best possible solution is using just a VPN with a foreign IP instead of TOR.

I think it's the captcha service, not TER.  A company can choose which Captcha service to use and, I believe, even adjust the level of difficulty. TER used to use the fuzzy, wiggly letter captchas but switched to the jigsaw puzzle picture company.

If the captcha company thinks your ISP is a robot (too many requests coming from that IP address), they block it with an error message. I click thru "try a new circuit" or even "new identity" until I get one that the captcha company doesn't reject. It IS a PITA.

Once again: I think that the problem is with the captcha company, independent of TER. Can TER choose to remove Captcha from some of the services ("Contact Us" versus "Feedback")? I guess. Try to get thru and ask them to check their records for the number of attempts to sign versus number blocked by the captcha company. Maybe they will loosen the controls or choose a different captcha company that has a better database of TOR nodes ... or however it works.
