I usually don't...the exception, if it was really incredible session, or if she requests a review or I request a reference (tit for tat), or if there is something important other TER hobbyists should be aware of...then I review.

First and foremost: the way the website works (or doesn't work), it's a PITA, even a FPITA. Filling in the form wastes time; no "save draft" option; does not work properly with some software or ISPs or proxies meaning that when I hit submit, my effort ends up lost in the ether, not in the review queue. And so on.

I'll always remember the reaction of my ATF after reading a review.  She was at my house, and one of her clients had just written a review on TER.  She didn't have a TER account, so I logged on and found her review for her.  I stepped away so she could read the review in privacy.  Her reaction was quite telling.

"Oh my God," she says at one point.  She rolls her eyes.  She shakes her head.  She laughs out loud (a belittling laugh that made my blood run cold).  Although he gave her 9s across the board, she didn't like what was written.  The guy really laid it on thick, and tried to make himself look like a stud.  I'm about to commit an act of heresy right here in the church of reviews, but here it is:  From my own experience, reviews tend to be unreliable and reveal more about the reviewer than the provider:  "I made her come 20 times...and she begged for more!"

I've been disappointed by girls with great reviews and rocked by girls with mixed reviews.  What's more important is the chemistry (or lack thereof) of two people in one room.  I only use P411 providers and trust that Gina will drop girls that cause problems.  Since Gina doesn't have sex with these girls, and lacks a male ego, she's more objective than any of my TER brothers.  Sorry dudes.     --z

Reasons I do not review a lady.

-She says she prefers I didn't write one.

-I was not at my best and the session suffered because of it.

-I forgot to ask if she wanted a review.

-The session was a couples session with my wife and a provider.

-The lady doesn't have an internet ad.

-I just don't have time, and it gets pushed on to the back burner and I just don't get to it.

-I know the lady to well and couldn't be objective. I don't post shill reviews.

Reasons I do review a lady. One of these two must be true and for the first one to end up with a review all the don'ts above must not be true.

-She said OK to being reviewed. "only if it is good" is a yes to me even if it wasn't.

-I will always review if I feel I need to warn others. You know upsellers, B&S, cons, robbers, and similar. I will always write a review in these cases.

I just wrote my first review on TER because the provider said she'd like me to.  It's still sitting somewhere and isn't posted.  I expected that and am fine with it.
I've reviewed the other ladies I've seen lately on BGFE.  One of them can't be reviewed here because she doesn't advertize or have a web site.  She is heavily reviewed on BGFE, including by me.  She does ask for reviews and support on BGFE because it's her only way of keeping as visible as she wants to be.  In other words, her reviews are, for her, free advertising.  I'm fine with that, and apparantly this business model works well for her. This gal is my ATF and is the exception to the rule of the OP.  I've never seen a bad review of her and all the positives (raves to the point where an occasional troll calls us shills) are totally consistent with my personal experience.  I believe this is because she's a sexual phenomenon.  I'm really glad I met her.

The only reason I do not write a review is when the provider requests that I don't.

So far, only two providers have ever asked me not to review them.

I have reviewed one provider on TER, because she wanted me to.  It's waiting for approval because it's my first one, which I understand.
I also have reviewed other providers on BGFE, where it's easy to post them.  One of them is my ATF who can't be reviewed here because she doesn't advertize and has no web site.  To zangari's point about how inaccurate reviews are, she may be the exception to that rule.  All her reviews are raves to the point where an occasional troll (generally one rejected from her thorough screening process) calls us all shills.  In fact, my experience is all the reviews are totally consistent with my sessions with her.  She is a sexual phenomenon, however, which may prove zanagi's rule.

If the lady does not want a review and there is nothing about the session, I'll honor her request if she matches her profile, photos or description, decent service, no problems, etc. I might let minor issues go depending on the issue(s) and severity.

The other is personal on my part. I have not been reviewing of late for, shall I say, personal reasons. Just as I have been reducing my frequency of posting.

The only time I would not write a review would be if I didn't have a great time but thought it was a legitimate case of YMMV or just not clicking with a girl.

An out-and-out rip off or bad provider will always get a review

requested me not to review her and the date was average or above (see BG's last sentence for absolute review writing status).

...and I also don't write a review if the provider is UTR.

Not feeling to share certain info with everyone or the ladies ask not to

All good reason, but another is that with the new "top reviewers" list being made available, once you find yourself near the level of being listed, I, for one, don't particularly care to make myself a target for LE - as some have suggested might be the case (see DC board discussions in the Nov time frame).

Your thoughts...

Not the case since in the account manager you can select the option not to be included in the Top 100 list.

but over several years, we have throughly crossed the line.
YES, she is compensated.  But we are also friends.  Closer to Friends with Benifits.
If she suddenly changed her advertizing...   I could not review her because:
1) I'm afraid I might not be objective.  2) How can I now predict what someone can expect on a first visit?
