TER anonymity vs verification

Some providers will ask for a client's TER handle, presumably so that they can check to see whether the client has seen, and reviewed, other providers, whether those reviews were favorable or hatchet jobs and to get insight into the client's preferences.  All of which, I generally support.

But, I use an alias to post reviews.  I do so, so that my review activity is separate from my discussion board activity.  And, I use my 'public' ID for board activity, so that people can PM me if they like.  As such, I'm reluctant to share my alias with providers, because I like the anonymity.

Who uses their alias to post messages and their 'public' ID to submit reviews (and share with providers), thereby making it possible for providers to view you review history?

providers that you're on here - problem solved. No need to use aliases for reviews.

with your approach is that when you are posting here, people wonder what kind of cred you have to say the things you are saying because your handle shows no reviews.  My response to this conundrum is to never give a provider or their agency my TER handle of CDL.  I do screening by providing references of my last two providers seen, which are consistently used with my same hobby burner phone number, but there is no way to link it to my TER username.   When I leave a session, I give the provider two tips, one for the session and the second to cover her time to response to another provider's reference request, but under no circumstances will I give her as a reference more than twice and both will be within the next 60 days.  This has worked for me since I changed to the CDL username in 2015, after 7 years under another username.  For Kgirls I use a different approach.

My reviews and my post are all on the same handle. It’s who I am and if someone doesn’t want to meet me because of my board persona, then fuck it.
I find it whimpy of guys who hide behind an alias when posting and or when they review .You post it, you put your name on and you live with it.

I hit the like button because this is an important topic & I am glad you posted. Many men, do not write reviews. I am curious as to what actual percentage does not kiss & tell. I appreciate your honesty. I read the VIP juicy details to get an idea of what tickles your fancy. It’s hard to share your likes prior to the date. I understand completely. If providers knew your identity would it detour them from booking? I am only interested with sharing my time with respectful people. Time is, like money. I value your time just as much as I do my own it’s something you can never get back.

I would know anyway, but I wont tell you how. :)

Thanks V.

I'd always suspected that providers would figure out when I'd posted a review, based on my description of the activities and my use of the language (after all, they almost all have samples of my writing from email exchanges).  So, I'm really not sure why I'd decided to separate the two concerns.  But, here I am.

for years and use it for posting, reviews, on other boards, on Twitter, etc...

I generally think this works in my favor, but who really knows.

I just prefer to be me and let the cards fall where they may.

I get the review standpoint which makes sense but I also like the provider to see what I post on the boards and what my reviews are like.  I have, in my time with TER left some bread trails for wise mongers to follow for warnings on who I had have bad experiences with.

On that, one could have landed me in prison if I had been unlucky enough to simply be pulled over.  Tried to review her and was shot down because no action had occurred.  Then I tried  to post the same story on the MPLS board and that was shot down because they called it a "review".    She's still out there, feel free to message me if you want to avoid that bitch!

I don't mind if providers I haven't met yet look at my previous reviews but when it comes to providers I've come to know very well, I get a bit shy about them reading my reviews.  :)  lol

I don't write reviews of everyone I see, even of some ladies with profiles here.  I use a somewhat anonymous handle here (the "somewhat" refers to some historical meaning of my current handle) and I generally don't mind providers reading my reviews or message board posts.
