I heard this term from a friend of mine.  She said it was a Japanese HJ technique that is supposed to be phenomenal.  Anybody know about this?

By itself Sabisu means "Service".  It can be combined with other terms, as in the related link...

RIPPU SABISU [ri-ppu' sa':-bi-su]
"Lip service." This term is used almost all the sexual acts with lips from kissing to blowjob.
