Okay help me with this. I joined a workout center about 6 months ago. I do weights, swim and some light treadmill.
I usually workout in the late afternoons consequently I usually see familiar faces in and around the center.
Here is where it all goes wrong for me.
After my workout I usually take a shower. There is a hot tub/spa on the way to the shower and it is not unusual to see the same five or six guys in the tub just having a great old chat. Now mind you, they are all nude and sitting in the tub together. We're not talking about a huge tub here. I would say six adult men is the absolute limit and then you would almost have to be touching feet.
What is wrong with this picture? The last time I shared a bath with a guy was when I was a kid at home and had four brothers.

Are you wanting to ask one of them out and it would be easier if you knew he was gay before doing so? That's the only reason I think it could possibly matter if the guys in the hot tub are gay or not.
The thing about their feet touching in the hot tub confuses me a bit as well...I don't have a huge amount of knowledge about gay male sex...but I don't think incidental touching of bare feet is one of the biggies.
I really would like to know why it matters if six guys at your gym might be gay and keep it to themselves, and why their presence at your gym makes it "all go wrong for you".
