I think everyone can agree that this is a business.  What makes a business successful?  IMO customer service makes it successful.  Who are the customers?  The clients.  Making lots of $$$$ is fantastic and a good thing but when it gets in the way of customer satisfaction and good customer service (even if its just on client) the consequences could be detrimental to your buisness.  

The rows and rows of good reviews are great and provide clients with an idea of the services that will be provided and a service thats probably worth every penny but each and every client is different even ones that are repeat customers could have a change in personality and preference.  

The good providers never takes anything for granted and always adjust to their clients mood, preference, requests, personality, and so on.(as long as its not abusive,rude, or dangerous)    A good provider can reconize when another provider is jealous and is trying to con her into giving bad service to a potential repeat client just because she is afraid that she herself could loose his business.  A good provider would not try to con another provider in the first place because she is a professional and is confident that she will continue to prosper in the business.  

A good provider doesn't get all bent out of shape when she gets a bad review even if its not warranted  she'll remain professional and try to fix the promblem rationally and realize that each and every client is entitled to his own opionion of the services provided. Sometimes people don't click.

For those providers who are doing these things keep up the good work and continued success.  

For those who are not, take a long look at yourself and decide whether your in the right line of work or not.  

Tip:  Name changes and reincarnations of yourself is only a temporary fix.(eventually, sometimes immediately you will be sought out)   Customer service is what proves to be the successful entity to longevity in this buisess.  Good Luck

Providing for many, espeically the newer breed is about one thing. And if they don't have to put any skin in the game, they won't. If they have some muscle behind them, don't argue, because life is not the price you want to pay for some "strange." You are grown enough to know it matters not to them and since it is considered a no-no, there is nothing that can be done so, whining here will get you nothing.

Alas, choose among the best out there by doing your research and even asking the great ladies that exist for referrals to their friends or other great providers. If you are choosing your women they way people pick clothes out of a catalog (looks are deceiving)then smell the coffee and get smart. Each time you encounter one of these turds, "out them" on as many boards as possible with links to their pictures. Ladies, use your network to do the same to out bad clients. The door swings both ways on this my friend.

As in any business, a provider must be relaible and has a good atttitude. Different clients look for different things in looks and menu items.

I don't think a provider who does not adjust to a client's preference or requests is a bad provider; that are always boundaries and preferences on her part and a client should respect that.

It's All about attitude!That's how u can tell from the GOOD AND BAD!!! I can be BOTH! But I rather stick with the GOOD!

...this comes across as a "do whatever I want or you're not a good provider".  I disagree.  A great provider for me might be an average one for someone else.  Guys look for different things, ladies provide different things.  If I am looking for a GFE with a lady who can be a great dinner companion to start the evening and I go to one who is the hottest thing going between the sheets but her idea of a social outing is a BJ in the elevator, then much of the reason for a non-stellar date is MINE. Don't buy a VW Bug and expect a pick up truck.

Are there better providers and worse ones?  Of course.  I agree with some of your points completely, but I think your tone comes across as The Guy's Always Right.  We're not.

So relieved that someone has all the answers and can instruct providers on how to do their jobs....  I tell ya, I'm always grateful when someone who's not in my profession tells me how to do it...

A good provider, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder.  I could care less what size her boobs are or how big her ass is.  (although I do like big  butts)  But if she has a positive attitude and loves this hobby, that makes for an awesome time for me.  

I'd never admit this to anyone outside this board, but the greatest time I've ever had was with a woman older than my mother and I'm younger than her sons. No one can know about this.

You're right. It's not about age or looks, it's about attitude. Most of us "mature" providers are in this business because we LOVE sex in the first place and THEN decided to use the experience and skills we have to carve out a new career.

I have to tell you that I consider myself the luckiest woman in the world to be the age I am, having the fun I'm having, living the life I live doing something I absolutely love with some of the hottest guys on the planet. And a LOT of them are younger than my son. LOL

What?  You knew someone had to say it.

This is a business but its a very unique and sensitve business.  Its an emotional business, its an emotional rollacoster ride.  I think we all have to be careful when we characterize the hobby as a business.  Because what is the sloggan for most businesses.  (The customer is always right.)  Obviously thats not the case in the hobby business.  The customer is not always right.  I personally have not had one bad experience while hobbying they have all been good or learning experiences and learn something new on each session.

My point is that we all agree that reviews are important and help one make a decision on who they want to seek for services.  Providers...... don't get upset when you have all 10s and 9s and eventually get a 6 or 5 your not going to please everyone and beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  

Yes this is sort of a flame and its a combination of stories ive heard from providers PMs and accusations directed my way.  I consider myself to be a good client anyone who says otherwise would be lying but we all have opionions about the services we recieve and should not be penalized for our opinions.  

Im not one for giving bad reviews to spite someone for services not provided,  in fact I never had to give a bad review, if that ever crossed my mine ill stop and never return.  But hey everybody can't be a 10 or 9 please...  


If a provider gets upset if she think shes a 10 or 9 and get a 6 or 7 shes not a good provider thats my point.  A good provider would make adjustments in her service to get her review scores back up or not make adjustments and deal with the scores and results with a positive attitude and not get upset.    Attitude is everything!!!!!

Also.... where reviews are important, references are also important to clients.  If one give a 7 to a provider that has mainly 10s and 9s you can forget about her for a reference.  Thats not right.  If he was a good client be professional and give him a reference, thatts all im saying.  

Ive been asked, hey are you going to write a review for me, sure ill right a review if you want me too. But when its all said and done im here to be pampered, loved, treated nice, to relieve stress, to get away from all the pressures of the world, with all out there to chose from im here with you.  That should be an honor.  Thats the # reason im there, reviews aren't everything (providers make a difference in the world we live in)  IMO    

Because eventually you will get a 7.  Looks fade and performance is not always gonna draw 9s, this is an emotional business, and some businesses have money back guarantees, but this business don't.  And its big business.  So for all you providers that maintain that good attitude and provide top notch service, thanks you are appreciated, for those of you that do not.  Walmarts always hiring.  ))

If your reviews, which are liberally sprinkled with mediocre 5's and 6's weren't enough to turn a woman off on agreeing to see you (yes, we have that option and exercise it liberally, all notions of "ooh, I'm so honored that you like me right now, you really really like me" aside) - then the pomposity of your posts should surely do the trick.

im not a big fan of his post, but you wouldnt see that guy because he gave a couple of 5 or 6's- i had to glance- he gave a lot more 7,8,9, and some 10's as well

i have a ton of luck with ter- but i have definetly had a couple of really bad experiences despite my research- so i told it like it is

good- you show your hand- obviously you think you will be the next for a reason- dont you realize that there are some girls out there that arent so good- if you are one of the best- you would see all the 9,s and 10s and think you be the next to get that

What's an "oponion"?

I have gotten a seven or two & would still give those guys a reference. We are all different in the way we handle things. I would only rate some clients a 7 as well.

I have to admit since all the review boards, it has gotten more stressful for me anyways, knowing that other people will see someone's opinion of my looks, attitude, etc.

But I think they are helpful in alot of ways too.

It's just I have always been very sensitive & even though this is a business, I still feel that way sometimes.

Most people I connect with but there is always that 5% or so that I just don't click with. I think it's just personalities sometimes.

Would I decline to see a gentleman if he had a few reviews that were 5's and 6's or lower? No. But yes, I will and have looked at a gentleman's pattern of ratings. The first gentleman that ever contacted me when I joined TER had a dozen reviews, of which, 5 were poor ratings, and of those, two were poor reviews for ladies who otherwise had nothing but 8's and 9's. Given the fact that I did not yet have any reviews, I was not about to take a chance at being one of the nearly 50% who got a poor rating. LOL being new and uncertain though, I'm afraid I took the coward's way out and never repsonded to his inquiry. Who knows, the gentleman might have rated me a 10 for all I know, but it was a risk I wasn't willing to take. Starting off with a poor review out of the gate is not a way to develop a reputation after all.  

With regard to the original poster though, its not just the ratings, its the overall pompous tone of his original post and his follow up post that is a turn off, in addition to what appears to be a pattern of a poor artist blaming the instrument for the poor performance.
