the rest of this is just icing on the cake for me.

I think it would only be fitting for the Tribe to finish off the way they started the season. In the Snow! LOL

I'm not the biggest sports fan around. I actually thought that the Sox were a "runaway" 8 weeks ago. They certainly have the talent, but I'd mention that when Manny was with the tribe, we couldn't take a World Series. Of course Lofton was with us then also. But Kenny is a different type of guy who can rally others. 40 and still ticking!

Whatever happens.... no shame to either side. After all it's game. Play well. Play fair. Take scalps!

The folks crying their eyes out will be the networks. To them there are only a few teams and everyone else is batting practice.

Go Tribe! Another team from MLB best division. When Cleveland wins 3 teams from the AL central have won the AL pennant for the 3rd consecutive year. My team the Tigers came up short so I am rooting for the Tribe.

The Red Sox were down to the Yankees 0-3, not 1-3. Also, I beleive the last 2 games were at Yankee Stadium, not home !!!
