The bust of a massage business in Souix Falls, SD this past weekend seems ripe for fighting the laws against prostitution.

The business has existed for 25 months and in that time there were 0 complaints from any of the business or residential neighbors to the business or from customers - until, police said, a customer called them on Saturday morning to inform them that he'd been offered sex in exchange for money.

As hard as I try I cannot find a victim anywhere - until it was busted and the owner became a victim - for no good reason.
