I just was with my ATF and we had a great 3 hour session.
I'm 58 yo and I find it hard to come back alive after my release.
Evan though I was there 3 hours it was like a great date. I asked her how may guys go MSOG when they see her and she said that in the One hour sessions with the guys that they can't do it.If you are with a new lady for the first time her is the time line.
15 min. to get to know each other.
15 min of some good fore play.
15 min. for the real action.
15 min. to cuddel and say good buy.
So why do so many guys say that they have MSOG?

Because i never do one hour appointments.

I have only had MSOG twice, and neither were one hour sessions.  

Having said that, if a provider "goes for it", I know I could do it...I have done it many times in my personal life.  I know some providers who like to get into things right away, and if they are geared towards providing MSOG, I don't see why it couldn't happen, if the guy was "up" to it.

MSOG = Multiple Shots on Goal - some providers only allow one ejaculation others are based only on time, eg 1 hour.

Been able to acheive this. I used to think it was very rare for men to be able to do it, when I was younger. As I age (and perhaps improve as a lover), I am consistently able to provide MSOG for my lovers. Very very rarely (I think 5% of the time, if I had to guess) do I fail when I try, and I almost always try. And I mean in one hour. Of course more time is always more relaxing for all involved, but I have always been a performance-oriented girl, ever since I became sexually active 10 years ago.

It depends not only on me (and how much other sex I've had prior to the meeting), but, also on the lady I'm with.  I try to keep the 'geting to know each other' down to 5-10 minutes.  Also, I let them know I would like to try for multiple
cups to set the tone.  My first pop usually takes 5-10 minutes.  After a 5-10 minute rest, then the second 15-20 minutes.  It usually works.  If I went for a 2 hours meeting, a 3rd is a 'maybe'.  Depends on the girls skills.....
By the way, I'm telling you the truth.  I have NO REASON not to.  I'm not trying to impress anyone.

I know that some guys CAN DO MSOG as I have known a few myself. I don't really think guys make it up at all.

I do think that for some older men, they may use a "helper" to be able to do it. But hey, either way, if you can, GREAT. If you can't, its not a big deal.

I always try to let the guy go more than once in an hour session and certainly in multiple hour sessions.  Although I definately think if he is unable to achieve that second or third pop, its sooo much fun trying!!

1. Get to know you time - Breaking the ice, making her feel comfortable that your not a crazy person or LE, etc.. should take no more than 5-10 minutes. We can talk about our pets, jobs, travels, etc.. after round 1 is done and I'm recouperating for round 2. 2. Foreplay - Sometimes this runs 15 minutes, but more often than not after 5-10 mins both parties are primed for the next step.

3. Real Action - have you ever timed yourself during this part? It may seem like 15 mins but I'll be lucky to go 10 mins.

You can either chit chat the remaining time away, or you want to pursue a second pop you need to keep the R&R time to 5 minutes, 10 max.  From experience I know that round two in a 1 hour appt will only happen for me with a bbbj/hj combo.  This takes some effort, but round two should be done in 5-10 minutes of this.

Frankly I don't hurry though the appt so I know I'll have time for a second pop.  The above times are how the appts flow naturally. Just keeping the useless chit chat in check keeps timing options open for a second pop. Remember,it's your dime, if you want to get something out of the session it's up to you to ask for it.

Just remember that everyone has different body chemistry and psychology and both are crucial.

When I was in my 20's and even up to mid-30's with a GF I could do 3 times in an hour.  Of course, the first time was a little brief sometimes but...never mind.

I'm mid-40's and can do 2, MOST of the time.  Sometimes it takes a while, and I find these things help.  With apologies to David Letterman, a "Top Ten" list:

10.  Good atmosphere helps (nice hotel);
9.   Not having "had any" for at least a couple of days;
8.   Inner calm, eg no traffic/phone stress on your mind;
7.   Be well rested, no alcohol;
6.   Establish good rapport/chemistry (sometimes easier said than done)
5.   Exercise and good health;
4.   Patience and staying in the moment;
3.   Soft music and low lights;
2.   Turn OFF the TV;
And the number one way to get MSOG:  Hump a hottie!!!

A lot of it has to do with age, in my experience.   I am now 61; when I was 55 I was easily able to do 2 cups in one hour.   Now it is much more difficult and, frankly, takes a lot of effort from the lady.

I mean the entire concept of getting two for one. It's so...well commercial or something. It's like..."Eww I got two orgasms for the price of one!"  If you want two for one go down to the tire store!

Well, I was born with 2 nuts hon, obviously you weren't born with any.  Many providers resent the men who pay them, and you appear to be one of them.  That's okay, but you shouldn't be doing this.

If you're having a good time together, of course you want to go again.  What's wrong with that?  Some providers have a one-shot rule, that's fine as long as she's upfront.  Then the guy can decide.  Otherwise, she's obviously OK with it.

From what you say, a guy who wants to screw his girlfriend or wife twice, is thinking of her as less than a person.  That makes no sense.

I typically can go 2-3 shots per hour if I want to... but I sometimes feel quality vs quantity can have something to do with not wanting or tryiing... For me if I want to have MSOG I eat Skittles and I can "fill" the goal each time up to 4 but after that is is just air... (And thats 4 in 2-3 hours) but our bodys are differnt..

But in this case I like to shoot within the first 15 min of being with a provider so I can enjoy the FS portion of the adventure on the second shot.. so I typically ask for BBBJTC or BBBJ to HJTC or Russian.. (depends ont the provider) after that I can get the most of my real time "at Bat"

Remember it is all about the money and since you are paying for it many ladies think you are a low life anyway.  So don't delude yourself into thinking that the ladies think any more or less of you because you have 1 or 2 shots on goal in the hour.

I don't always reach 2nd cup in an hour, so that's one reason I like to 90 minute date option.

I'm 45 and have no problem getting multiple shots on goal in an hour.

Keys to succesful MSOG are:
1) Have a provider who is an "eager Beaver"(pun intended).
2)Limit small talk to 5 minutes or less.
3)Have a provider that EXPECTS MSOG!!!
4)If provider does BBBJTCNQNS MSOG likelihood goes up Exponentially!!!
5)Good Chemistry  
6)Forget the massage and cuddling. Make it politely clear that you want her to start sucking you again SHORTLY after 1st O.
7)Ask her if she has any toys to stimulate your cock, balls, and ass after 1st or second pop.
8)Go to the provider "armed for bear"(if you're spending $300 plus per hour for the provider, spend the extra $11 for 20mg Levitra or 100 mg. Viagra an hour before session on empty stomach

I used to be able to make MSOG in an hour in my 40s.  Now that I'm your age, it takes 2 hours, a great provider and a little luck. BTW
one of those who can get me to MSOG is party to this discussion.

For me, I am able to go twice in an hour if the first one happens early on, there's time for rest, and then, since I'm with a hottie, she can almost always get me going again.

Since I have this wonderful resource for finding great providers, I've never had one not at least TRY to get me a second pop, and they usually succeed.

Oddly, it never happens with my SO, but we take MUCH longer with foreplay, and it all usually happens at bed time, so we're both exhausted. Plus, it's not usually about sex so much as intimacy.

The "down time" occupied by cuddling and chit chat is kind of interesting in that I would say that most men will need 7-10 minutes of down time in order for the second go to have the intended effect. I find if you try for round two too soon, you might be able to get up and get going, but the conclusion will be unacheivable if you didn't wait long enough. If you have made the mistake of not allowing enough down time, it will become apparent at 8-15 minutes after starting second round (estimations, I've never used a stop-watch LOL). If time allows for both parties, take a break for another 5-10 and try again. This will almost certainly allow MSOG. Also, if you have started to try for round two and after 2-5 minutes Mr. Happy is having a hard time staying at full mast, take about 5 more minutes of cuddle time and then try again.
