What I did was an outcall.  

She was advertising incall, but didn't have room and asked me to pay for hers. I said I'd rather book a room myself and have her come..

I would never pay for her room using my card, and then leave the room in her possession.

Is it normal for providers to ask the client to pay for INCALL hotel rooms? If providers advertise as an incall service shouldn't that be handled before they meet with the client otherwise it should be rescheduled until the provider has found a place. Thoughts?

Incall - She pays..  

Outcall - You/we pay...

If she can't afford incall fee, then you need to find a hooker that can actually afford that stuff.. In other words.. Find an upscale gal.

I booked the room myself, and had her come over for outcall instead..We adjusted the price downwards..

I kept the possession of the room until after she was gone and slept in. I would never turn over possession of the room over to a gal and leave, when the room is booked under my name...That's just plain stupid if anyone does that....

You'd be surprised how messed up some of the women's finances are..

Scamming, regardless of her situation, is unacceptable.  
It speaks volumes...I assure you many have made note of this.  
Just because one might be able to her away with it, doesn't make it right. No matter how one may justify it on their own mind.
You letting these boys corrupt you...huh

you can stay with her in  the same room and even add her name to your reservation..if you see not a hooker  but an adult date ..
 as .. let me refer to my reviews -  
 for instance -
 he arrives  check in in hotel and goes to his meeting and dinner.. I do arrive  at same day my name is on reservation .. and I do check in  and getting ready while he is on meeting  when he comes  .. all is set .. and of course I sleep with him ..I have been with man who  allowed me have one more date form his room when he was out  
 when he come back from work we also made love .but mostly if man allow woman in to his room it is given - I am his  ..
 and yes .. it is appreciated accordingly ...
often  man wants me sneak in to his room while he is in the  bar nd get ready when he comes .. but ..I do it only for those I know ..  
 for insatnce what you would do if  you enter the room and there is no one .. ? Just wine candy and chocolate and envelope on the bed .. and when you did enter hotel it was police cars   near ?? ha ha ?? so nooo ./. I am going to the bar and drink with him then we  go to the room .. and then second his visit I already am ok with such scenario .. but again .. then NO CASH at all - all was prepaid on paypall . do not want be catch with cash naked in hotel which police took ..  ha ha ha .. soo... it takes some trust Curly and women of the class :)

I know many gals who have to wait in the parking lot for the client so they can get the money for the room. Not everyone is balling. If you don't like this, then I guess don't see them.

I know some providers who advertise as incall but their incall is a hotel and their requirement is that the client covers the hotel cost. Some may think the provider couldn't afford the hotel but it's actually not the case at all. The reason for it is so they keep the entire donation amount without the expense of an hotel. If the provider advertise for $400 per hour they want to keep the entire amount and it does work for them. I think it is a providers responsibility to cover the hotel cost unless she specifically advertises (as those I know) that the incall arrangement will be at the client's expense

Right, but that's not what the guys assume when they see "incall." I have never charged a guy extra to provide that service...it is not only included in the rate, but booked before I even meet him. I lose a good 300 on every call I get, but oh well. If I expected them to cover the cost, then I would advertise "Add 200 for incall" so the guy knows upfront he is having to pay extra. Saying she can't afford the hotel and that she wants to keep the full donation, is pretty much the same thing lol. If she could afford to part with 200 out of 400, she would very well do it.

This happened to me twice. I setup a time to meet both girls on separate occasion's (not related in any way to each other) at the last minute told me they could not provide an incall and asked me to pay for a hotel room. Both providers were $500+ per hour. I told both of them that I refused to pay for a hotel room on top of a donation when I already live in said city. And neither of them advertised an added charge for incall hotel room.

Exactly, or don't offer incall without stating there is an extra charge. When I charged by the hour, I did incall for 400, outcall at 500. With incall, I already had a location(s) that I was paying a monthly lease on to begin with and it was shared with other women, so it did not cost me extra. With outcall, it was a pain in the ass to have to travel, pay to park, etc. So in all reality, outcalls take twice as much time to accomplish as an incall does, which is why I charged more for that. Not so much the money, but the hassle. The more work I have to do, the more it costs.

Times I've booked incall, the provider never asks me to cover cost of her hotel room. They often fill that days/nights schedule with couple more clients so that should allow them to cover cost of room and still come out way ahead.
