Cape Town is awesome.  For $50 (USD) you can have a near GFE for a full hour with an attractive younger (18-29) white girl, black girl or everything in between the color scheme in one of the many "penthouses" around the city.  
Although only in Cape Town for a week, and with my SO, I did free myself enough to have four sessions with the two hottest being a two hour session with a very hot 19 year old black girl who provided two pops and smoked me out with some pretty good "ganja" as they call it in Cape Town (see link to Paradise Penthouse, click on link to Cape Town which will open up Paradise Penthouse and see Jessi's picture along with all the other hot girls available for a set rate of about $35 USD for one hour or $60 USD for two hours) and a full hour session with a 26 year old white chick who was about 5'4" 115 pounds in a near GFE session.  The place where I saw the white chick was a near mansion right on the beach and I paid less than $60 (USD) for a full hour and the chick was super cool and could easily command $350 per hour in L.A.
I think most American hobbyists would really like Cape Town since all the girls speak perfect English.  A South African accent is either like a British accent if they are originally from British ancestry or like a Dutch accent if they are from Afrikaans ancestry (Dutch).  Even all the black girls in these places grew up in the City and therefore have what sounds like a British accent...very fucking hot.
Cape Town is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and once you get the expensive airfare and long journey out of the way, you are in heaven.  The cost of living in Cape Town is about 1/3 the price of the United States other than imported goods.  You can go to Cape Town, hobby every single day and still spend less than $100 (USD) per day, not inclusive of hotel.  A couple can honestly eat out in a nice restaurant, have a three course meal with wine and still spend no more than $20 (USD).
Of course, TJ is a lot closer but for whatever reason spooks a lot of people.  Personally, I love TJ but unfortunately get about as much opportunity to get to TJ (from L.A.) as I do getting to Cape Town.   Some of the girls in TJ could easily command $400+ per hour if they were in L.A. with a website.  So, when you knock out a couple of these 18-24 year old women for $25 - $60 each, it is quite a treat.  Want a nicer experience instead of the standard 30 minute rush job???   Ask for an hour and more often than not they will double their rate (or even offer a slight discount less than double) and you will get a nice unrushed session that sometimes leads to kissing and more.  Trust me, these girls are more attractive than the typical internet incall provider and an average of about 5-10 years younger.
L.A. is great if you don't mind dropping $400 at a time but I would rather take that same money and apply it to my next trip to Cape Town where I will get similiar girls for 1/10 the price, even if it is safe and covered sex instead of a full GFE.
