This is mainly to guys but providers can whip me me too.

Recently I wrote a review for a provider inwhich I praised the provider gave her 8s and somewhere in the body I said I didn't mind that she had braces on her teeth because she was "...very skillful whore."  The review was not approved.  Now I admit that I could have chosen a word like "provider" but the grittiness of the word whore appealed to me. I did not think the lady would be offended because she had referred to herself that way.  And Websters dictionary says whore is
1 : a woman who engages in sexual acts for money.

I understand that we like to keep these review a cut above the smutty/gross level and you have to draw guidelines somewhere.  I just felt in this case it was harmless.

Have you guys used other inappropriate words like: "Cunt, "Bitch" or slut...  by the way whore is not mentioned although I gather the approver decided that it was denigrating to the provider.  Comments?

could have been denied for other reasons. Then again, I was reprimanded for using the word "prostitute" on the board. PC rules apparently.

Is that in your vocabulary?  Just b/c in the heat of te moment, or in a joking matter, a provider uses some lower level of language, does that mean you have to go wityh it and make sure the whole world knows you think she's a whore?

Did it ever dawn on you that maybe she was talking dirty to you b/c she wanted thought it might please you?

Yes, we all know what they do and the various forms we can describe them.  Yet, last I checked each one of the ladies I've seen breathes, eats and bleeds.  Yes, they are human.

IMHO, leave the "whore," "cunt," "bitch" stuff to between the 2 of yoy and not in a review that everyone reads.

"whore" is just one of the hot-button words that create a lot more smoke than light.
So just as nobody seems to be publishing cartoons of Mohammad right now, similarly, people of good breeding refrain from the W word.

This does not mean that I condone the idea of word police and thought control, etc.  It's just convention.

It also strikes me as oppressive that there are so many derogatory sexually tinged words for a woman, whereas I can't come us with many equivalents for men except for prick.  And that is pretty tame.

...except in the most unusual cases, none of which I can imagine at the moment.  Every provider I've met so far has been a true lady I'd be proud to have as a friend in any setting, but then again, I've been careful and have done my homework.

I asked for clarification and it was the word whore that was considered inappropriate.  I guess my sensitivity quotient needs to be upped.  I didn't consider the way I used it hurtful.

I think the point is that people are more than what they do.

This is not a lockerroom forum.  The ladies should be treated with respect in all ways.  Otherwise, maybe you should look for SW'ers.

The noun whoremonger has 2 meanings:

Meaning #1: a prostitute's customer
 Synonyms: whoremaster, john

Meaning #2: a pimp who procures whores
 Synonym: whoremaster

There are certain words we all know can cause hackles to rise and you have mentioned a few. If you know someone well and have a relationship in which you can comfortably use those words without offense, great.  But generally speaking it's a good idea to avoid them in a public forum, or in any public setting for that matter.

Recently, I saw a well known provider in Manhattan...we were chatting and the subject of TER came up.  She told me that she had a client from a day or so earlier who had mentioned that he was a "hobbyist" and she had no idea what he was talking about!  I thought it was kinda comical.

I think part of the problem is that other than the 2 of you, nobody would realize that she called herself that.  In that vacuum, we'd be wondering why you degraded her.  IMHO, just modify the word and get on with life.  Go see her again and have a whore-fest...

I love it - I am a good whore- I call myself a whore!

Of course the computer lacks something so great in the communication realm- the inflection of a voice when speaking.

If I told you I called my friend  "Bitch" you wouldn't know if I did it playful, seductively, or rudely.

PS sometimes she likes it when I whisper she is my sexxxy little BITCH- grrrrrr
