I don't know of many healthy ways to get them.
....tans are way overrated!! If a girl is going to tan, wear a bikini so there are tan lines. I don't like it when a girl has a "full body" tan. And 1 more thing, if you want to prematurely age yourself (both in looks and in life) go to the tanning bed and smoke a lot of cigs.
Thong....Yesssss! eom
Rest assured - Lisa has beautiful skin and does NOT smokes cigarettes !

I've been tanning for years, way "too much" if you believe the experts, but I don't look anything like a raisin. More like one of those brown eggs you sometimes see in the grocery store...you know the ones...they're light brown instead of white and as a kid you always wondered why they were brown, but your Mom could only tell you "just because" because she watched soap operas in her free time rather than reading the latest scientific journals that all the other supervillains' moms were reading.

regarding the health issue of tanning, there is at least one doctor who is telling the dermatologists to take a hike.
His argument, in a nutshell, is that sunlight is a very important source of vitamin D, and that even supplements can not make up for lack of sunlight. Further, incidents of skin cancer are far fewer than the chronic damage to the body caused by vitamin D deficency found in people who receive little natural sunlight. So, get out in the sun and enjoy.
Sorry that I don't have a link to offer for any articles about this, but it caused quite a dust-up in the medical journals a few years ago when this came out.
As for tan lines, I never thought much about them until about five years ago when I was in Florida and called a local escort to come see me. She had the thinest and most contrasting tan lines I ever saw and I was thrilled and delighted!
You never know what will turn you on until you put yourself out there to experience the bounty the the good Lord hath provided.
You are correct in moderation - like everything else in life, sun is good.

Racing stripes! Fer damn sure!
If there is truly an aread which is not tanned to go with the tan I think it looks hot.
When I was a teenager in San Diego I tanned a lot. Worked in a Gym and occassionally used an older UV machine. By the time I was 18 I had a metastatic melanoma and was told that 1 person in 200 would live 5 years. Totally f**ked up my life plan, etc. Finally, one day I woke up and 5 years had passed and Lo, I was still alive! It is 40 years later and I still have to keep an eye on any moles.
Yep, I like they way tan lines look, but would not want any lady to increase her risk for cancer to get tanned.

Yes...nothing better then tan body with white breast and dark nipples very erotic what a turn on
the tie breaker- YES if its on your fanny, NO if it's around your tits!
of course, Lisa I would like to follow the y around your butt to its natural ending...
for you it could be the beginning of a lot of moaning ![]()
you're gorgeous and still on my list
I love totally tanned breasts & that little teeney tiny thong tan line below.
Specifically, I like them dark, and very close to the nipples on the breasts and to the upper pubic hair line down below. Takes me back to the vintage times of Playboy (70's-80's), where the girls at that time in the magazine were particularly noteworthy in that regard.
I cannot believe people still tan in this day in age. Not only does it cause skin cancer but it makes people look OLD, OLD, OLD. Why would any person, especially a woman, be subjecting herself to something that IS and ALWAYS will cause premature aging?
On the other hand, spray on tan all you want. ![]()
