I am considered an attractive lady. When I first started in this business, I started off with my first 6 in apearance, then they bounced to 7's, and then I started getting 8's (a full page full of them), and now I am back down to 7's again. The funny thing about this is that when I was getting 8's I was feeling a weird pressure of some kind to be conforming to a typical male, which made me not happy at all with myself and who I was as a person. But now that I am down back to 7's again, I actually feel more relaxed, open, more like myself, than I ever been before. I actually find my self dreading having a mysterious 8 appear for appearance. Ladies, who fluctuate in numbers like that, I would love to hear from you. Do you ever feel comfortable at one particular score for looks, but get nervous and feel pressure of some kind when you bounce above that score? I know it sounds kind of weird but just wondering if anyone else felt the same way?

I am a guy, so I hope I am not out of place in responding, but I really think the ladies ought to relax about the scores dudes give them.   Most guys' "Model" is a skinny waif who I think should eat a side of beef, while others' dreamgirl is what I call chunky!  Remember how popular the BBW ladies are!

What a lot of guys condider athletic is vastly disparate, and as for muscular?   all over the place!

I say read the prose and see what the dudes thought- the scoring here is only a loose guide at the best.   Most guys are looking for a good experience relayed by the reviewer, not a exact predictor of what will happen.

Personally, I an intimidated by women who are in the 9-10 area (of my mind) so I prefer a plainer or more real woman with a real body.  If I want a stunning beauty- i can go home!

Sorry, I am not a lady but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.I have seen ladies I would rate very highly but their averages scores were much lower and vice versa.

If you bounce above your average score all it probably means is you are one persons idea of perfection.

It could be that your general appearance is connected with hormonal changes and you feel better when you don't look your best

I will speak for "all men" (a stupid idea) by telling you we read performance scores much more than we reed appearance scores.  For appearance, we look at your picture (we aren't completely stupid).

Encouraging words directed at an audience with potential interest in your talents can add pressure, particularly to a self-sensitive performer. I think such can easily be true in your scenario as well.

I tend to be distrustful of the 10s as I feel that they don't have to work that hard to get those performance scores up as their clients are just amazed that they are with someone so "hot".

I prefer someone who is listed as 6's and 7's but get's performances in the 9's.  It tells me that they are EXTREMELY talented or accomadating.  I don't have the $$$$ to spend on a true PSE, so I'd rather see an overachiever from the rest of the ranks myself.

If you are beating yourself up over the appearance scores.... don't.  Channel your efforts into blowing his doors off (hmmm.  er, pardon the pun) and I hink you will be happy with the resulting demand (as in supply and demand).

Not directly on point, but something that has had me wondering:

I can understand a variation in appearance ratings from 6 to 8 as there are after all differences in taste.  What I can't understand is a variation in appearance ratings from 4 to 9!!  It makes me question the usefullness of the appearance ratings at all.  (Some providers do not show their faces at all or otherwise obscure them in their photos, so you can't always use that as a guide).  

The only reason I can think of for such a wide variation (looks are a matter of taste, but "ok if you are drunk" to "model material" just does not compute to me) is that certain reviewers don't have the balls to post what they really think or are otherwise afraid of offending a proivder.  Then, of course, I suppose a provider can "buy" a good review to rehabilitate a poor looks rating by giving a discount or some other extra benefit to a reviewer.  

Of course, maybe most hobbyists are so damned ugly themselves that anything looks good to them!
