I was reminded, in reading the post below about the penile implant, that a provider once told me she had a client who had a medical condition that made him forever erect.  That is, he was never flaccid.  Have any of you seen this?  Perhaps he had an implant?  Perhaps he was putting her on?  Perhaps she was putting me on?

It's real. It's called priapism.

Oh how fun that would be! For a day or two..

It's called "priapism" and apparently very painful.  I don't know about you, but if I'm fully erect, I have a hard time standing if I'm sitting, sitting if I'm standing, and quickly develop a wet spot in the front my pants, even if I'm wearing jeans.  When I'm hard, I can't seem to do much of anything that doesn't require an adjustment first...I can't imagine never being flaccid!

Don't get me wrong, I like being hard for hours at a time, when I'm with a lady who appreciates it....but not all the time!

Actually it's a medical emergency, not a good thing.
