I think you've hit on some of the important factors.
The more reviews submitted by a person the more
likely the review isn't a biased review from
the provider or an accomplice.  The explanation
for older provider being less likely to be a ripoff
is that ripoff artists use young, attractive
pictures (and sometimes women) to lure their prey (it
would be dumb to try to ripoff with less attractive
bait).  Multiple names are used by a lot of providers
to determine how well different sites work in attracting
customers so that isn't necessarily a very good
predictor of ripoffs.

I think you can often get a sense of a ripoff when
you talk to the provider on the phone.  If it
doesn't sound quite right, it might not be.
But any one variable isn't perfect and the
prediction is obviously multivariate.

I'm hoping this will start a thread on what to look for
in reviews and how to evaluate them.

I'm often left wondering as I read reviews.
YMMV isn't always a good explanation for some reviews.
For example, there are some real RIPOFF girls out there.
Most of us know who they are. Unfortunately many of us
had to pay the price to find that out. Thank goodness for TER.

Anyway..what I find astounding is seeing a very favorable review
for an obvious RIPOFF. In most cases I've noticed that the
reviewer as no other reviews. It makes me very leary of that
review and the motive behind it. The same thing goes for a really
bad review on provider with great reviews. Of course YMMV but
hidden agendas may be present.

It has been my experience in San Diego (America's Finest City) with some of America's Biggest Ripoffs is this:
Incall providers less likely to be a ripoff.
Older providers less likely to be a ripoff.
Girls with multiple names more likely to be a ripoff.
I'd like to hear what other things hobbyists look for when
deciding upon a provider.

Thanks.
