What would be considered the typical tip on top of an hourly charge of, say, $250? Yeah, I know the range must be from nothing to some pretty hefty amount, but what would be typical?

In a previous post by myself, it seemed most tipped from $0-$50 or so. I wouldn't tip 0 unless it sucked, of course!

In my observation of average.  

$10-$100

I also consider gifts as tips..flowers to fine pieces of crystal to gold.

If you feel you got all she had give her all you have.  ;)

I only tip if the service is exceptional. Other than that a girl should include the tip in her price.

There's no such thing as a typical tip... believe me when I say that an awful lot of men would never even consider giving a tip... so those that do are (at least, for me) ALWAYS appreciated regardless of how much it is, remembered, and welcomed back even more warmly. It's nice to know that our extra efforts are appreciated and noticed sometimes :)

That way,
   you get a tip, the guy feels good about a provider that sees that she did not take the whole hour.  Thus, tries to keep it fair.  Just read some (hell, a lot) of the reviews.  They state that the provider got it done and was gone before the hour was up.  Or, include the tip in the hourly rate.  Some providers state "all inclusive" price.  No hidden or other fees needed.  just MHO.

If I'm at a restaurant and devour my meal quickly and leave, I still expect to leave a tip.

Correspondingly, if I'm with a very pleasant escort and I devour her quickly and leave, I'd still expect to leave a tip.  :-)

What if you're at that very same restaurant and just before you order dessert, the waiter comes up to you and says "you're going to have to leave, I need this table for my next customer."

You protest that you aren't finished, that you were really looking forward to dessert. The waiter replies that if you tip him $50, you can stay for 15 more minutes.

Does he get the tip?  Do you ever go back to that restaurant again?

Well the problem with that is not that most ladies aren't willing, but that it is NOT easy to predict what any one gentlemen will be able to accomplish in 15 minutes..especially if they've already enjoyed the main course. I would *never* send someone out of my door if they were just getting hungry... so I do everything in my power to ensure that the timing falls more conveniently for both of us :)

In a resteraunt, if you want desert, as long as you're hungry you can finish it... or take it with you... but sadly, some things don't make good "doggy bags."  :) LOL!  That said, I almost always (unless the gentlemen is... not really a gentlemen) welcome a gentlemen staying longer as long as my schedule allows for it. I do not stack my appointments, but I do have a LIFE, and often times I am simply not able, much as I may desire to, to spend all the livelong day rolling langorously around in bed... *sigh!* (God that sounds nice!)

I also would never say "and for a $50 tip, you can..." Towards *anything.* NOTHING. Not ever. But given a choice I'd prefer the gentlemen leave on time.. as I won't ask for extra money and 99% of the time, someone who stays extra won't give it. Don't be offended gents! Some of you DO, and do pay attention... but MOST will simply try to take advantage of my good nature, and that's not a good feeling.

Let's have some gooooooood feelings, shall we? :)

Very true - Something to think about: When was in school, I worked as a waiter at a 4 star restaurant (my parents knew the owner). I worked hard for all my customers and only expected the usual 15%. For those that tipped more - believe me I remember those people, I would always go the extra distance. Thats just human nature.

Tips don't always have to be money. My ATF, once commented on my cool looking pc mouse and commented how bad her mouse was. So I headed to compusa and bought her one. It was the best time I have ever had, 2 hours non-stop for the price of 1 hour. Just something to think about.

We like it when people think about us.  We like it when people go out of their way to really think about what we like.  I get exited over small things as well....once I got a Juiceman as a tip.  I almost cried.  LOL

Sorry sweetie, I don't see myself passing out rebate coupons anytime in the near future. :) It is impossible to "include your tip in the fee" because a tip is a gesture of appreciation for a job well done... whereas regular fees are regular fees. I do not require or expect a tip... all I said was that if one is given, it will of course always be appreciated!
