Here I was having a great time and BAMM!  Client gets a Major leg cramp!  Poor manhood went down as the client grunted in a lot of pain!  I truely have no experiences with a Major one, minor yes cause they go away but I was wondering if theres a "quick fix" or even a Martha Stewart type remedy to help someone in this situation?

That was the end of the booking.  Had one cuppa but I don't like knowing he will always remember me and frown remembering his leg cramp!!!  I want him to remember me and grab his................. manhood!!!!!

I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary or anything lol either!

Candie, thought the scream was going to be for a different reason. You sound like someone that could make that happen!

Candie, The best thing to do for a leg cramp is try and stretch the muscle slowly. It will be painful at first, but slowly stretching the leg is the only way to relieve a leg cramp. Heat is also good. Leg cramps are usually due to a lack of potassium from over exercising. Bananas are good natural remedy to help prevent muscle cramps..

dehydration or a lack of potassium.  There used to be an over-the-counter product called Q-Vel for leg cramps.  Its active ingredient was quinine.  It worked pretty well, and would usually reduce the cramp in about five minutes.  The reason quinine works is that it's primarily potassium.

Q-Vel is no longer on the market.  But a reasonable alternative is any name brand tonic water, since it contains quinine.  And being mostly water, it also addresses the dehydration problem.

Or, you could keep a bottle of potassium tablets on hand.  The problem with potassium tablets is that some heart and circulatory conditions are aggravated by this mineral, and taking a large dose could cause a problem.  One would probably have to go really overboard to produce a problem, but the tonic water route is probably safer.

A firm but gentle massage to the cramped area helps me. Slowly stretching the muscle.

A combination of calcium/magnesium is ideal for leg cramps and there's a product called CalAbsorb that you spoon into your drink - juice, water, or whatever.
There are also homeopathic remedies that are inexpensive, and work very, very well. So, if you have a health food store near you and someone knowledgeable about Homeopathic remedies, give that a try.
CalAbsorb is on the internet - works great for the fingernails, too!

Simplest potassium remedy available is Gatorade. It works fast 'cause it's already isotonic, or if the flavor is too strong, mix it with water. Just keep a couple different flavors cold-- it's the perfect between pops refresher.
When a severe cramp hits, 1.) help your partner slowly but firmly stretch the muscle to full extension-- complicated if opposing muscles are involved, but possible 2.) hold the stretch firmly while massaging the entire affected muscle, massage toward the heart 3.) tell him to relax, all over, by shaking out his fingers, hands, sholders, slowly rotating his head and neck while breathing slowly and deep, 4.) have him focus on the cramped muscle and blow the tension out of it with each exhalation-- while you continue to massage, first as firmly as he can stand, then more gently as the cramp releases, 5.) continue to massage a minute after the cramp has passed, from ankle to hip, 6.) now a cold 16 oz. of Gatorade and a couple ibuprofin will help. And, uh, 7.) at your descretion, continue that massage up past the hip, around the glutes and down to the perineum where you may continue to administer the therapy only you of your chosen profession so ably can.

Once you've had it happen you can learn to avoid it.  It has happened with my wife a couple times. One was due to dehydration and the other was trying to get too acrobatic.  Either time I had no way to make it go away so we just had to wait it out and start over. HOWEVER I learned from both and can actually feel the cramp come on and can avoid it by relaxing my leg or shifting etc...  Trust me he won't ever forget and next time he books you if he feels it coming on he can make the proper adjustments.  Your only remedy in that situation was to soothe him and recharge his battery after some down time. Contrary to the other inferences its not as if he cramps, you make him guzzle a gallon of tonic water and keep on bangin!  Sometimes in life, as in Nintendo, you need a do-over.

True.  I have this problem and can feel it coming on about a sec before it happens and take steps to prevent the cramp from occurring(start relaxing the muscle GRADUALLY).  The gradual part is crucial.  To me, this form of cramp (what I call a Charley Horse) is more painful than having your thumb bent backwards and broken (yes, that has happened to me).

:)

Just a note of thanks for all the input.  I can't see me running out to my car for quinine but I will be sure to ask ahead of time just in case someone has a sensitivity towards cramping up.  I have seen clients with cramps before but nothing like that experience.  He did contact me and is laid up in bed for a few days.

He didnt blame me :)   But I do plan to make plans again with him when he is ready and filled with lots of potassium.

The body attempts to maintain a balance between the potassium and salt levels in the body.  If the salt level becomes low in relation to the potassium balance then the body will dump potassium in an attempt to preserve the salt.  If the potassium level is low the body will dump salt in an attempt to preserve potassium.  Most diets are natural diuretics and can cause a shortage of potassium and salt.  Also heavy excercise can have the same effect which is why athletes drink liquids to replace potassium and salt.  Bananas, mushrooms and oranges are three foods with potassium.

Depending upon which major muscles cramped in the leg it is possible to get the muscle stretched out quickly and return to the fun in a different position.  The longer the cramp is in place the harder it is to recover.
