There are quite a few odd and/or obvious names out there i.e., Utah Sweet, Leigh, Candy, Dakota Dare, etc. I only read of one person admitting to using their real name. Providers, how did you choose your name? Anyone, what’s the least inviting name that you have come across?

Why don't more providers use real name. We wouldn't know unless they volunteer it. We'd assume it's a stage name. Besides, without a last name it's almost meaningless. For the provider, it avoids confusion when business life overlaps personal life. With provider recently whose escort name is just a variation on real name. I've had providers tell how they came up with their name and some of the stories were quite novel. Let's hear some.

I used my real name when I began escorting.  I only communicate via email because, among other reasons, I don't want to have to explain any unusual calls to my friends.  However, I did have a customer track me down (I have no idea how, I'm not listed, and I didn't give out my last name) and telephone my mother, asking for me.  Now THAT was a little frightening.

I changed my name to something that sounds similar to my hawaiian name...
