LOL!

You are exactly right - it was buried until I complained.  In fact I was warned of having more than a "client/provider relationship".  For the record - I do not.

Recently I ran accross an unflattering review of a lady (B) I've seen off and on for 7+ years (obviously, I like her).  In addition to being attracted to her physical appearance and age, I particularly like the fact that *B* is smart and in control of her situation.  I have had conversations with her that have allowed me to see certain limited aspects of her business and personal lives and to come away with what I believe to be a balanced perspective of her personality.  Sharp lady!

So what do you do as a hobbiest when a provider you like is unfairly reviewed by another hobbiest (whose posts have a history of being unflattering, no less)?  She is not extensively reviewed - a consequence of *her* concern for privacy and security I assume.  I am concerned that this "off the wall" review will harm her financially and potentially cause her to leave the area (actually, I just found her after years of looking for her - after she left the area once before).  This "Sausagehead" criticized her age (which he got wrong by 7-10 years), her appearance (which is top shelf) and her attitude (which centers on client's satisfaction) all because *he* violated some of her rules of contact and potentially caused her embarrasment and/or trouble - to which she apparantly reacted accordingly.

My dilemma is this - should I post what would (obviously) be a strongly favorable review despite her apparant dislike of reviews in order to "balance out" the bad review, or do I let an inaccurate review potentially chase her away (again)?

Ladies, I am particulary interested in your opinions.

This post got buried fast.

Ask her if she would like you to post an honest review.

If there are outright lies in the review let staff know by submitting a problem report and be specific. There are certain things that are just a matter of opinion and you must take that into consideration.

She's the one to make this decision, not us!

And I agree with KIP... if a review is full of outright lies, she can file a problem report and discuss it with Staff.
